Claims (6)
- 산성가스를 활성탄흡착 설비에 통과시킴으로써 유기성 불순물을 활성탄에 흡착시켜서 제거하는 제1 단계;
상기 제1 단계를 수행한 산성가스를 음이온교환섬유가 충전된 음이온교환 스크러버에 통과시켜서 이온교환섬유에 의해 산성 불순물을 제거하는 제2 단계; 및
상기 제2 단계를 수행한 산성가스를 건조설비에 통과시켜서 수분 및 수용성 불순물을 제거하는 제3 단계를 포함하는,
산성가스로부터 암모니아를 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산성가스는 화성공장에서 발생된 가스인, 산성가스로부터 암모니아를 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 단계를 수행하기 전, 산성가스의 온도를 30 내지 60℃로 조절하는 단계를 포함하는, 산성가스로부터 암모니아를 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 단계, 제2 단계 및 제3 단계가 순차적으로 수행되는, 산성가스로부터 암모니아를 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 건조설비에는 알루미나 및 제올라이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나가 충전되는, 산성가스로부터 암모니아를 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 산성가스로부터 암모니아를 회수하는 방법은 선택적 촉매환원 탈질공정(DeNOx System, SCR)에 주입하기 전에 수행하는, 산성가스로부터 암모니아를 회수하는 방법.
