Claims (20)
- 복수의 제1 데이터 라인들 및 복수의 스캔 라인들과 연결된 제1 화소들을 포함하는 제1 표시 영역 그리고 복수의 제2 데이터 라인들 및 상기 복수의 스캔 라인들과 연결된 제2 화소들을 포함하는 제2 표시 영역을 포함하는 표시 패널;
제1 구동 전압을 발생하는 전압 발생기;
제1 스위칭 신호 및 제2 스위칭 신호를 출력하는 구동 컨트롤러; 및
상기 제1 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 상기 제1 구동 전압을 상기 제1 화소들로 제공하고, 상기 제2 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 상기 제1 구동 전압을 상기 제2 화소들로 제공하는 스위칭 회로를 포함하되,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 제1 표시 영역 및 상기 제2 표시 영역 각각이 시인 영역 또는 비시인 영역인 지를 판별하고, 판별 결과에 대응하는 상기 제1 스위칭 신호 및 상기 제2 스위칭 신호를 출력하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 제1 표시 영역이 상기 시인 영역이고, 상기 제2 표시 영역이 비시인 영역일 때 상기 제1 구동 전압을 상기 제1 화소들로 공급하고, 상기 제1 구동 전압을 상기 제2 화소들로 공급하지 않도록 상기 제1 스위칭 신호 및 상기 제2 스위칭 신호를 발생하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
광선 신호를 출력하는 발광기; 및
상기 광선 신호가 수신될 때 광 검출 신호를 활성화하는 수광기를 더 포함하되,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 광 검출 신호가 활성화될 때 상기 제1 스위칭 신호 및 상기 제2 스위칭 신호 중 어느 하나를 비활성화하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스위칭 회로는,
상기 제1 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 상기 제1 구동 전압을 제1 전압 라인으로 전달하는 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제2 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 상기 제1 구동 전압을 제2 전압 라인으로 제공하는 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 화소들 중 적어도 하나는,
애노드 및 캐소드를 포함하는 발광 다이오드;
상기 제1 전압 라인과 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 발광 다이오드의 상기 애노드에 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 전극 및 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 복수의 데이터 라인들 중 대응하는 데이터 라인과 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 상기 제1 전극과 연결되고, 제1 스캔 신호를 수신하는 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제2 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제1 트랜지스터의 상기 제2 전극과 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 상기 게이트 전극과 연결된 제2 전극 및 제2 스캔 신호와 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제3 트랜지스터를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 화소들 중 적어도 하나는,
애노드 및 캐소드를 포함하는 발광 다이오드;
상기 제2 전압 라인과 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 발광 다이오드의 상기 애노드에 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 전극 및 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제1 트랜지스터;
상기 복수의 데이터 라인들 중 대응하는 데이터 라인과 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 상기 제1 전극과 연결되고, 제1 스캔 신호를 수신하는 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제2 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제1 트랜지스터의 상기 제2 전극과 연결된 제1 전극, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 상기 게이트 전극과 연결된 제2 전극 및 제2 스캔 신호와 연결된 게이트 전극을 포함하는 제3 트랜지스터를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 데이터 라인들을 구동하는 제1 데이터 구동 회로;
상기 제2 데이터 라인들을 구동하는 제2 데이터 구동 회로; 및
상기 복수의 스캔 라인들을 구동하는 스캔 구동 회로를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 제3 스위칭 신호 및 제4 스위칭 신호를 더 출력하며,
상기 제3 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 제2 구동 전압을 상기 제1 데이터 구동 회로로 선택적으로 제공하고, 상기 제4 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 상기 제2 구동 전압을 상기 제2 데이터 구동 회로로 선택적으로 제공하는 데이터 구동 제어 회로를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 구동 제어 회로는 상기 구동 컨트롤러 및 상기 전압 발생기 중 적어도 하나와 동일한 회로 기판 상에 배열되는 표시 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 구동 제어 회로는 상기 제1 데이터 구동 회로 및 상기 제2 데이터 구동 회로와 동일한 회로 기판 상에 배열되는 표시 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 구동 제어 회로는,
상기 제3 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 상기 제2 구동 전압을 상기 제1 데이터 구동 회로로 전달하는 제3 스위칭 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제4 스위칭 신호에 응답해서 상기 제2 구동 전압을 상기 제2 데이터 구동 회로로 제공하는 제4 스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널은 벤딩 영역 및 비벤딩 영역을 포함하고,
상기 표시 패널은,
베이스층;
상기 베이스층 상에 배치되는 화소층; 및
상기 베이스층과 상기 화소층 사이의 상기 벤딩 영역에 배치되는 도전층을 포함하며,
상기 도전층의 저항값을 측정하는 저항값 측정 회로를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널은 벤딩축을 기준으로 벤딩되고,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는,
상기 측정된 저항값이 상기 표시 패널이 벤딩되었음을 나타낼 때 상기 제1 스위칭 신호 및 상기 제2 스위칭 신호 중 적어도 하나를 비활성 레벨로 출력하는 표시 장치. - 복수의 제1 데이터 라인들 및 복수의 제1 스캔 라인들과 연결된 제1 화소들을 포함하는 제1 표시 영역 그리고 복수의 제2 데이터 라인들 및 복수의 제2 스캔 라인들과 연결된 제2 화소들을 포함하는 제2 표시 영역을 포함하는 표시 패널;
제1 시작 제어 신호 및 제2 시작 제어 신호를 출력하는 구동 컨트롤러;
상기 제1 시작 제어 신호에 응답해서 상기 복수의 제1 스캔 라인들을 구동하는 제1 스캔 구동 회로; 및
상기 제2 시작 제어 신호에 응답해서 상기 복수의 제2 스캔 라인들을 구동하는 제2 스캔 구동 회로 포함하되,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 제1 표시 영역 및 상기 제2 표시 영역 각각이 시인 영역 또는 비시인 영역인 지를 판별하고, 판별 결과에 대응하는 상기 제1 시작 제어 신호 및 상기 제2 시작 제어 신호를 출력하는 표시 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 제1 표시 영역이 상기 시인 영역이고, 상기 제2 표시 영역이 비시인 영역일 때 상기 제1 시작 제어 신호를 상기 제1 스캔 구동 회로로 제공하고, 상기 제2 시작 제어 신호를 비활성 레벨로 유지하는 표시 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
광선 신호를 출력하는 발광기; 및
상기 광선 신호가 수신될 때 광 검출 신호를 활성화하는 수광기를 더 포함하되,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 광 검출 신호가 활성화될 때 상기 제1 시작 제어 신호 및 상기 제2 시작 제어 신호 중 적어도 하나를 비활성 레벨로 유지하는 표시 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
제1 발광 시작 신호에 동기해서 상기 제1 화소들로 제1 발광 제어 신호를 제공하는 제1 발광 구동 회로; 및
제2 발광 시작 신호에 동기해서 상기 제2 화소들로 제2 발광 제어 신호를 제공하는 제2 발광 구동 회로를 더 포함하며,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 제1 발광 시작 신호 및 상기 제2 발광 시작 신호를 더 출력하는 표시 장치. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는 상기 제1 표시 영역이 상기 시인 영역이고, 상기 제2 표시 영역이 비시인 영역일 때 상기 제1 발광 시작 신호를 상기 제1 발광 구동 회로로 제공하고, 상기 제2 발광 시작 신호를 비활성 레벨로 유지하는 표시 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널은 벤딩 영역 및 비벤딩 영역을 포함하고,
상기 표시 패널은,
베이스층;
상기 베이스층 상에 배치되는 화소 회로층; 및
상기 베이스층과 상기 화소 회로층 사이의 상기 벤딩 영역에 배치되는 도전층을 포함하며,
상기 도전층의 저항값을 측정하는 저항값 측정 회로를 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제 19 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널은 벤딩축을 기준으로 벤딩되고,
상기 구동 컨트롤러는,
상기 측정된 저항값이 상기 표시 패널이 벤딩되었음을 나타낼 때 대응하는 상기 제1 시작 제어 신호 및 상기 제2 시작 제어 신호 중 적어도 하나를 비활성 레벨로 출력하는 표시 장치.
