Claims (11)
- 내층, 중간층 및 외층의 3층 구조로 이루어진 아크릴계 공중합체 입자를 포함하고,
상기 내층은 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 가교제 및 개시제를 포함하는 내층 조성물로부터 중합된 내층 공중합체를 포함하고,
상기 중간층은 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 메타크릴레이트계 단량체, 개시제 및 가교제를 포함하는 중간층 조성물로부터 중합된 중간층 공중합체를 포함하며,
상기 외층은 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 메타크릴레이트계 단량체, 사슬이동제 및 개시제를 포함하는 외층 조성물로부터 중합된 외층 공중합체를 포함하는 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 공중합체 입자는 상기 내층이 20 내지 40중량%, 중간층 30 내지 50중량% 및 외층 30 내지 50중량%인 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 내층 조성물은 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 메타크릴레이트계 단량체에서선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 더 포함하는 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름. - 제 3항에 있어서,

상기 중간층 조성물은 아크릴레이트계 단량체 10 내지 50중량% 및 메타크릴레이트계 단량체 50 내지 90중량% 포함하며,
상기 외층 조성물은 아크릴레이트계 단량체 10 내지 50중량% 및 메타크릴레이트계 단량체 50 내지 90중량% 포함하는 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴계 공중합체 입자는 평균입경이 10 내지 350㎚인 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 내층은 입자 중심으로부터 내층 외각까지의 평균거리가 50 내지 150㎚이고,
상기 중간층은 내층의 외각부터 중간층 외각까지의 평균거리가 30 내지 100㎚이며,
상기 외층은 중간층 외각부터 최외각까지의 평균거리가 30 내지 100㎚인 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름. - a) 내층, 중간층 및 외층의 3층 구조로 이루어진 아크릴계 공중합체 입자를 제조하는 단계 및
b) 상기 아크릴계 공중합체 입자를 용융 혼련하여 성형하는 단계
를 포함하는 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계는
a-1) 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 가교제 및 개시제를 포함하는 내층 조성물을 유화 중합시켜 내층을 형성하는 단계,
a-2) 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 메타크릴레이트계 단량체, 개시제 및 가교제를 포함하는 중간층 조성물을 첨가하여 유화 중합시켜 상기 내층을 피복하는 중간층을 형성하는 단계 및
a-3) 아크릴레이트계 단량체, 메타크릴레이트계 단량체, 사슬이동제 및 개시제를 포함하는 외층 조성물을 첨가하여 유화 중합시켜 상기 중간층을 피복하는 외층을 형성하여 3층 구조의 아크릴계 공중합체 입자를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 성형은 용융 유연법, T-다이(die)법 및 캘린더법에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 방법으로 수행하는 것인 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 a-1)단계의 내층 조성물은 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 메타크릴레이트계 단량체에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상을 더 포함하는 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 아크릴계 라미네이트 필름을 포함하여 제조된 데코 시트.
