Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 연마제 23~59 중량%;
폴리알킬렌글리콜을 포함하는 윤활제 10~35 중량%;
글리콜계 화합물와 고분자 비드의 혼합물을 포함하는 윤활보조제 3~20 중량%;
계면활성제 0.1~5 중량%;
증점제 0.1~5 중량%; 및
용매 15~45 중량%;
를 포함하는 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연마제는 탄산칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 인산칼슘, 실리카, 산화티탄, 산화지르코늄, 규산지르코늄, 산화철, 산화세륨, 수산화세륨, 산화알루미늄, 탄화규소, 탄화붕소, 탄화티타늄 및 다이아몬드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리알킬렌글리콜은 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 에틸렌옥사이드 프로필렌옥사이드 블록 공중합체, 에틸렌옥사이드 프로필렌옥사이드 랜덤 공중합체 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌옥사이드 프로필렌옥사이드 랜덤 공중합체는 에틸렌옥사이드 40~60 중량% 및 프로필렌옥사이드 40~60 중량%가 랜덤하게 공중합된 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌옥사이드 프로필렌옥사이드 랜덤 공중합체는 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 500~3400 g/mol이고, 인화점이 160~258 ℃이며, 40 ℃에서의 동점도가 20~220 mm2/s인 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 윤활보조제는 글리콜계 화합물 및 고분자 비드가 1: 1/3 ~ 2의 중량비로 혼합된 혼합물인 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 비드는 실리콘 비드, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 비드, 나일론 비드, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 비드, 폴리에테르설폰 비드, 폴리아미드이미드 비드, 에폭시 비드, 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 비드 및 폴리우레탄 비드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 비드는 유리전이온도가 -52~35 ℃이고, 평균입도가 0.1~15 ㎛인 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제는 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 지방산에스테르 및 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄지방산에스테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증점제는 폴리아크릴산 나트륨, 카르복실 메틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시 에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시 프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리스티렌 설포네이트산염, 벤토나이트, 라포나이트, 몬모릴로나이트, 사포나이트 및 헥토라이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인 자동차 유리용 유막제거제 조성물.
