Claims (10)
- 하기 (A)성분 및/또는 하기 (B)성분, 그리고 하기 (C)성분을 함유하는 조성물.
(A)성분: 하기 일반식(1)로 나타내는 (폴리)인산염 화합물.
(식 중 n은 1~100의 수를 나타내고, X1은 암모니아 또는 하기 일반식(2)로 나타내는 트리아진 유도체를 나타내며, p는 0<p≤n+2를 충족하는 수를 나타낸다.)
(식 중 Z1 및 Z2는 각각 독립적으로 -NR1R2기, 수산기, 메르캅토기, 탄소수 1~10의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알킬기, 탄소수 1~10의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알콕시기, 페닐기 및 비닐기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 기를 나타내고, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 탄소수 1~6의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알킬기 또는 메틸올기를 나타낸다.)
(B)성분: 하기 일반식(3)으로 나타내는 (폴리)인산염 화합물.
(식 중 r은 1~100의 수를 나타내고, Y1은 [R3R4N(CH2)mNR5R6], 피페라진, 또는 피페라진환을 포함하는 디아민을 나타내며, R3, R4, R5 및 R6은 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 또는 탄소수 1~5의 직쇄 혹은 분기의 알킬기를 나타내며, m은 1~10의 정수이고, q는 0<q≤r+2을 충족하는 수를 나타낸다.)
(C)성분: 함수규산마그네슘. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A)성분 및 상기 (B)성분의 합계 100질량부에 대하여 상기 (C)성분을 0.1~50질량부 함유하는, 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
추가로 (D)성분: 산화아연을, 상기 (A)성분과 상기 (B)성분의 합계 100질량부에 대하여 0.01~10질량부 함유하는, 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로 (E)성분: 실리콘 오일, 에폭시계 커플링제 및 윤활제로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을, 상기 (A)성분과 상기 (B)성분의 합계 100질량부에 대하여 0.01~5질량부 함유하는, 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 (A)성분 및 상기 (B)성분을 함유하고,
상기 (A)성분이 피로인산멜라민이며,
상기 (B)성분이 피로인산피페라진인 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물을 함유하는 난연제.
- 수지 100질량부에 대하여 제6항에 기재된 난연제를 10~400질량부 함유하는 난연성 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 기재된 난연성 수지 조성물의 성형품.
- 하기 (A)성분 및/또는 하기 (B)성분, 그리고 하기 (C)성분을 함유하는 조성물을 수지와 혼합하는, 수지의 난연화 방법.
(A)성분: 하기 일반식(1)로 나타내는 (폴리)인산염 화합물.
(식 중 n은 1~100의 수를 나타내고, X1은 암모니아 또는 하기 일반식(2)로 나타내는 트리아진 유도체를 나타내며, p는 0<p≤n+2를 충족하는 수를 나타낸다.)
