Claims (6)
- 강판의 표면에, 상기 강판측으로부터 순서대로, 금속 크롬층 및 크롬 수화산화물층을 갖고,
상기 금속 크롬층의 부착량이, 50∼200㎎/㎡이고,
상기 크롬 수화산화물층의 크롬 환산의 부착량이, 3∼15㎎/㎡이고,
상기 금속 크롬층이,
두께가 7㎚ 이상인 평판 형상 금속 크롬층과,
상기 평판 형상 금속 크롬층의 표면에 형성된 입 형상 돌기를 갖고, 상기 입 형상 돌기의 최대 입경이 150㎚ 이하이고, 또한, 상기 입 형상 돌기의 단위 면적당의 개수 밀도가 10개/㎛2 이상인 입 형상 금속 크롬층을 포함하는 캔용 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 입 형상 돌기의 최대 입경이, 100㎚ 이하인, 캔용 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평판 형상 금속 크롬층의 두께가, 10㎚ 이상인, 캔용 강판. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 캔용 강판을 얻는, 캔용 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
6가 크롬 화합물, 불소 함유 화합물 및, 황산을 함유하는 수용액을 이용하고, 강판에 대하여, 전단 음극 전해 처리를 행하고, 이어서, 전기량 밀도가 0.3C/dm2 초과 5.0C/dm2 미만의 조건으로 양극 전해 처리를 행하고, 추가로 이어서, 전류 밀도가 60.0A/dm2 미만, 또한, 전기량 밀도가 30.0C/dm2 미만의 조건으로 후단 음극 전해 처리를 행하는, 캔용 강판의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 후단 음극 전해 처리가, 최종의 전해 처리인, 캔용 강판의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 전단 음극 전해 처리, 상기 양극 전해 처리 및, 상기 후단 음극 전해 처리에 있어서, 1종류의 상기 수용액만을 이용하는, 캔용 강판의 제조 방법.
