Claims (9)
- 염화칼슘(Calcium Chloride), 글라이신(Glycine) 및 프롤린(Prolin)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상; 및 트립신 및/또는 카르복시펩티데이즈 B를 포함하는, 인슐린 전구체를 인슐린으로 전환하는 효소 전환용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 완충용액을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 완충용액은 1~100mM의 Tris-HCl 또는 1~100mM의 붕산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트립신은 인슐린 전구체 대비 1/1,000~1/40,000 의 중량비로 포함되고(되거나), 상기 카르복시펩티데이즈 B는 인슐린 전구체 대비 1/600~1/20,000의 중량비로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인슐린은 인슐린 글라진인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 염화칼슘(Calcium Chloride), 글라이신(Glycine) 및 프롤린(Prolin)를 모두 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 염화칼슘은 5~30 mM, 글라이신은 3~60 mM, 프롤린은 20~80 mM로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물에 인슐린 전구체를 첨가하고 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 인슐린 전구체를 인슐린으로 전환하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 염화칼슘은 5~30 mM, 글라이신은 3~60 mM, 프롤린은 20~80 mM로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
