Description
Claims (14)
- a) 폴리올,
b) 이소시아네이트,
c) 임의로 사슬 연장제
를 반응시켜 얻어지는 열가소성 폴리우레탄,
난연제, 및
금속 카보네이트 분말
을 포함하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 금속 카보네이트 분말은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 10.0 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속 카보네이트 분말은 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 탄산알루미늄, 탄산아연 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속 카보네이트 분말이 탄산칼슘인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리카보네이트 폴리올인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난연제가 멜라민, 멜라민 시아누레이트, 멜라민 보레이트, 멜라민 폴리포스페이트, 멜라민 유도체, 인산의 유도체, 포스폰산의 유도체, 포스핀산의 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난연제가 인산의 유도체 및 멜라민 시아누레이트의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항산화제, 광안정화제, UV 흡수제, 및 기타 안정화제로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 항산화제가 하기 일반식 (II)의 활성 기를 함유하는 것인 조성물:

X 및 Y는, 서로 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 1∼12개 탄소 원자의 직쇄형, 분지형 또는 환형 알킬 라디칼이고,
Z는 활성 기를 항산화제의 나머지 분자에 결합시키는 공유결합이며 일반식 (II)의 활성 기는 항산화제가 이하의 구조를 갖도록 연결 잔기(III)에 의해 더 연결된다:

또는
[(II)-X-R-[Y-R]n-Y]m-A
상기 식에서,
X: -O-, -S- 또는 -NH-,
Y: -O- 또는 -S-,
R은 C2-C12 알킬렌이고, 알킬렌 라디칼은 직쇄형이거나 분지형이며,
n은 정수이고,
m은 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 또는 8이며,
A는 3∼20개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 탄화수소 구조이다. - 제9항에 있어서, 항산화제는 펜타에리트리틸 테트라키스(3-(3,5-비스(1,1-디메틸에틸)-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, (N,N'-헥사메틸렌비스(3,5-디-tert-부틸-4-히드록시-히드로신나미드), 3-(3,5-디-tert-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트-말단 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 3-(3,5-디-tert-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트-말단 폴리테트라히드로푸란으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 난연제 및 금속 카보네이트 분말을 혼합하는 것에 의한 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
- 압출, 캘린더링 또는 몰딩으로부터 유래하는 물품을 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 또는 제12항의 방법에 따라 얻어지는 바와 같은 조성물의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 물품이 절연체인 용도.
