Claims (4)
- (a) 알루미늄 합금을 이용하여 브레이크 캘리퍼 성형체를 용해, 주조를 통해 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 제조된 브레이크 캘리퍼 성형체를 고온에서 유지 후 급격히 ??칭하여 과포화 고용체를 만드는 용체화처리하는 단계;
(c) 상기 용체화처리된 브레이크 캘리퍼 성형체를 시효경화처리하여 기계적 물성치를 증대시키는 단계;

브레이크 캘리퍼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금은 4.0~9.0wt%의 구리(Cu), 0.2~0.6wt%의 망간(Mn), 2.0~8.0wt%의 규소(Si), 0.06~0.50wt%의 비나듐(V), 0.06~0.50wt%의 지르코늄(Zr), 0.005~0.5wt%의 스칸디움(Sc) 및 0.01~0.1wt%의 티타늄(Ti)을 포함하는,
