Claims (9)
- 중심 코어를 둘러싸는 가교된 하이드로겔 외부 쉘을 각각 포함하는 복수의 캡슐을 제조하는 방법으로, 여기서 중심 코어를 형성하도록 설계된, 하이드로겔 용액 및 수성의 관심 조성물은 동심으로 공압출되어 관심 조성물의 방울을 둘러싸는 하이드로겔 용액 층을 각각 포함하는 혼합된 방울을 형성하고, 공압출 단계가 가교 에어로졸 위에서 수행되어 혼합된 방울이 상기 가교 에어로졸을 통과하여, 하이드로겔 용액 층이 적어도 부분적으로 상기 에어로졸과 접촉하는 관심 조성물의 방울 주위에 가교되도록 하고, 상기 캡슐은 구형이며 50 내지 500 μm의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가교 에어로졸은 가교 용액의 미세방울로부터 형성되고, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 20 μm, 바람직하게는 1 내지 10 μm, 바람직하게는 5 μm ± 2 μm 의 직경인, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 에어로졸을 형성하는 가교 용액의 미세방울은 혼합된 방울이 가교 에어로졸을 통한 압출 흐름에 의해 투영되는 속도보다 낮은 낙하 속도를 갖는, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캡슐은 가교 에어로졸을 통과한 후 회수 바스에 침지되고, 상기 회수 바스는 유리하게는 가교 용액을 포함하는, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합된 방울에 계면활성제가 없는, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교 에어로졸의 삼투농도가 캡슐의 중심 코어를 형성하는 관심 조성물의 삼투농도의 0.1 내지 10 배, 바람직하게는 캡슐의 중심 코어를 형성하는 관심 조성물의 삼투농도의 0.3 내지 3 배이거나, 가교 에어로졸 및 캡슐의 중심 코어를 형성하는 관심 조성물이 등-삼투성인, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합된 방울이 분산되도록 하전되고 가교 에어로졸이 반대로 하전되거나 중성인, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중심 코어를 형성하기 위한 관심 조성물이 세포 용액, 식품 조성물, 화장품 조성물 또는 약제학적 조성물로부터 선택되는, 캡슐 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로겔 용액이 알지네이트 용액이고, 중심 코어를 형성하기 위한 관심 조성물이 세포를 포함하고 가교 에어로졸이 염화칼슘 용액의 미세방울을 포함하는, 캡슐 제조 방법.
