Claims (13)
- 화소 및 소스 드라이버 회로를 가지는 표시 장치로서,
상기 화소는 제 1 트랜지스터, 제 2 트랜지스터, 용량 소자, 및 표시 디바이스를 가지고,
상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 소스 및 드레인 중 한쪽은 상기 용량 소자의 한쪽 전극에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 용량 소자의 한쪽 전극은 상기 표시 디바이스의 한쪽 전극에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 2 트랜지스터의 소스 및 드레인 중 한쪽은 상기 용량 소자의 다른 쪽 전극에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 용량 소자의 다른 쪽 전극은 상기 표시 디바이스의 다른 쪽 전극에 전기적으로 접속되고,
상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 소스 및 드레인 중 다른 쪽은 제 1 배선을 통하여 상기 소스 드라이버 회로에 전기적으로 접속되고,
