Abstract
(해결 수단) 투명 도전성 필름 (1) 은, 투명 기재 (2) 와 비정질 투명 도전층 (5) 을 구비하고, 투명 기재 (2) 는, 시클로올레핀계 수지를 함유하고, 비정질 투명 도전층 (5) 은, 결정질로의 전화가 가능하고, 비정질 투명 도전층 (2) 의 홀 이동도가, 20.0 (㎠/V·s) 이상, 31.0 (㎠/V·s) 이하이고, 비정질 투명 도전층 (5) 의 캐리어 밀도를 Xa × 1019 (/㎤), 홀 이동도를 Ya (㎠/V·s) 라고 하고, 결정질 투명 도전층 (6) 의 캐리어 밀도를 Xc × 1019 (/㎤), 홀 이동도를 Yc (㎠/V·s) 라고 하고, 이동 거리를 {(Xc - Xa)2 + (Yc - Ya)2}1/2 라고 했을 때에, 이동 거리가, 50.0 미만이다.

Claims (7)
- 투명 기재와, 투명 기재의 두께 방향 일방측에 배치되는 비정질 투명 도전층을 구비하고,
상기 투명 기재는, 시클로올레핀계 수지를 함유하고,
상기 비정질 투명 도전층은, 결정질로의 전화가 가능하고,
상기 비정질 투명 도전층의 홀 이동도가, 20.0 (㎠/V·s) 이상, 31.0 (㎠/V·s) 이하이고,
상기 비정질 투명 도전층의 캐리어 밀도를 Xa × 1019 (/㎤), 홀 이동도를 Ya (㎠/V·s) 라고 하고, 상기 비정질 투명 도전층을 결정 전화한 후의 결정질 투명 도전층의 캐리어 밀도를 Xc × 1019 (/㎤), 홀 이동도를 Yc (㎠/V·s) 라고 하고, 이동 거리를 {(Xc - Xa)2 + (Yc - Ya)2}1/2 라고 했을 때에,
상기 이동 거리가, 50.0 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 도전성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 결정질 투명 도전층의 캐리어 밀도가, 30.0 × 1019 (/㎤) 이상, 100.0 × 1019 (/㎤) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 도전성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 결정질 투명 도전층의 홀 이동도가, 28.5 (㎠/V·s) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 도전성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 투명 도전층이, 인듐계 무기 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 도전성 필름. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 투명 도전층이, 인듐계 무기 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 도전성 필름. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 투명 도전층이, 인듐에 대한 불순물 무기 원소의 질량비가 0.05 이상인 제 1 영역과, 인듐에 대한 불순물 무기 원소의 질량비가 0.05 미만인 제 2 영역을 두께 방향으로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 도전성 필름. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 비정질 투명 도전층이, 인듐에 대한 불순물 무기 원소의 질량비가 0.05 이상인 제 1 영역과, 인듐에 대한 불순물 무기 원소의 질량비가 0.05 미만인 제 2 영역을 두께 방향으로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 투명 도전성 필름.
