Claims (10)
- 상용의 교류 전류를 변환한 직류 전류를 입력받아 교류 전류로 변환하는 제1 변환부;
공진 인덕터와 커패시터를 포함하며, 상기 제1 변환부에서 입력된 전류의 주파수를 변환하는 공진 탱크;
전기 자동차 메인 배터리 충전 전압의 교류 전류가 입력되면 입력된 교류 전류를 상기 메인 배터리의 충전을 위한 직류 전류로 변환하거나, 상기 메인 배터리의 직류 전류가 입력되면 교류 전류로 변환하는 제2 변환부;
특정 전압의 전류로 변압된 교류 전류를 입력받아 상기 전기 자동차에 구비된 기기들에 공급하기 위한 직류 전류로 변환하는 제3 변환부; 및,
상기 공진 탱크와 상기 제3 변환부가 일측에, 상기 제2 변환부가 타측에 연결되며, 상기 공진 탱크를 통해 주파수가 변환된 교류 전류가 입력되면 상기 메인 배터리 충전 전압의 교류 전류로 변압하여 상기 제2 변환부로 출력하고, 상기 제2 변환부에서 변환된 교류 전류가 입력되면 상기 특정 전압의 교류 전류로 변압하여 상기 제3 변환부로 출력하는 변압부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변압부는,
절연체;
상기 절연체의 일측에 형성되며 상기 제1 변환부에 연결되는 제1 인덕터와 상기 제3 변환부에 연결되는 제3 인덕터; 및,
상기 절연체의 타측에 형성되며 상기 제2 변환부에 연결되는 제2 인덕터를 포함하여,
상기 제1 인덕터를 통하여 상기 제1 변환부에서 변환된 교류 전류가 입력되면, 상기 제1 인덕터와 상기 제2 인덕터의 권수비에 따라 입력된 교류 전류를 상기 메인 베터리 충전 전압의 전류로 변압하고,
상기 제2 인덕터를 통하여 상기 제2 변환부에서 변환된 교류 전류가 입력되면, 상기 제2 인덕터와 상기 제3 인덕터의 권수비에 따라 상기 특정 전압의 전류로 변압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제2항에 있어서,

복수개의 인덕터가 직렬 연결되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공진 탱크는,
공진 인덕터;
상기 변압부의 제1 인덕터의 양단에, 양단이 각각 연결되는 보조 인덕터; 및,

상기 상용의 교류 전류를 변환한 직류 전류가 상기 DC-DC 컨버터에 입력되지 않는 경우에 개로되어 상기 보조 인덕터의 일 양단과 상기 제1 인덕터의 일 양단 사이의 연결을 차단하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공진 탱크는,
상기 적어도 하나의 스위치의 폐로 여부에 따라, 상기 보조 인덕터와 상기 제1 인덕터가 서로 병렬로 연결되어, 상기 변압부가 상기 제1 변환부에서 변환된 교류 전류를 상기 메인 배터리 충전 전압의 교류 전류로 변압하기 위한 인덕턴스가 생성되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 인덕터의 인덕턴스는,
상기 보조 인덕터의 인덕턴스보다 기 설정된 수준 이상 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 변환부와 상기 공진 탱크 사이 또는 상기 공진 탱크와 상기 변압부 사이에 형성되는 스위치를 더 포함하고,
상기 스위치는,
상용의 교류 전류를 변환한 직류 전류가 상기 DC-DC 컨버터에 입력되는 경우에 폐로되어 상기 스위치 양단을 서로 연결하며,
상기 상용의 교류 전류를 변환한 직류 전류가 상기 DC-DC 컨버터에 입력되지 않는 경우에 개로되어 상기 스위치 양단 사이의 연결을 차단하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제5항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 상용의 교류 전류를 직류 전류로 변환하는 PFC(Power Factor Correction) 변환부를 더 포함하며,
상기 PFC 변환부는,
상기 상용 전원의 교류 전류가 직류 전류로 변환될 때, 상기 스위치가 폐로되도록 상기 스위치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터. - 제5항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 스위치가 폐로되는 경우 상기 제1 변환부, 상기 공진 탱크, 상기 변압부 및 상기 제2 변환부를 통해 순차적으로 전류가 인가되어 공진형 컨버터로 동작하고,
상기 스위치가 개로되는 경우 상기 제2 변환부, 상기 변압부 및 상기 제3 변환부를 통해 순차적으로 전류가 인가되어 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 컨버터로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DC-DC 컨버터.
