Claims (5)
- 메쉬 벨트 상에 배치되는 워크를 소결하는 메쉬 벨트식 연속 소결로에서의 상기 메쉬 벨트를 권취하기 위한 벨트 권취 장치로서,
외주에 메쉬 벨트를 감는, 중공의 권취 롤과,
상기 권취 롤의 축방향 일단측에 설치되고, 상기 권취 롤을 회전시키는, 구동 기구와,
상기 권취 롤의 축방향 타단측에 설치되고, 상기 권취 롤을 회전 가능하게 지지하는, 지지 기구
를 구비하고,
상기 권취 롤은, 상기 구동 기구 및 상기 지지 기구에 탈착 가능하게 접속되는 것인, 벨트 권취 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 권취 롤의 외주면에 개구부가 형성되고, 이 개구부의 가장자리부에, 메쉬 벨트의 단부에 부착되는 와이어를 걸어서 고정할 수 있는 후크부가 설치되는 것인, 벨트 권취 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 권취 롤의 내주면에, 상기 권취 롤의 일단의 개구로부터 삽입되는 막대체의 선단이 접촉할 수 있는, 벽체가 설치되는 것인, 벨트 권취 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 기구는, 모터와, 이 모터의 회전을 감속하는 감속기와, 권취 롤의 축방향 일단에 접속되어 상기 모터에 의한 회전을 상기 권취 롤에 전달하는 회전체를 구비하는 것인, 벨트 권취 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 회전체는, 상기 권취 롤의 축방향 일단의 개구에 끼워지는 짧은 원기둥형의 볼록부를 가지며, 이 볼록부의 둘레면에, 상기 권취 롤의 축방향 일단에 형성되는 절결부와 결합하는, 위치 결정핀이 설치되는 것인, 벨트 권취 장치.
