Claims (8)
- 식품 폐수의 원수를 여과조에서 필터로 여과하는 스크린 단계;
상기 스크린 단계를 거친 식품 폐수를 집수조에 투입하는 집수단계;
상기 집수조에 복합미생물(Beneficial Microorganism; BM)을 처리하고 폭기(曝氣)하여 1차 반응 단계; 및
상기 1차 반응 단계를 거친 식품 폐수에 생물반응조에 투입하고 2차 반응을 시키는 2차 반응 단계를 포함하는
식품 폐수의 처리 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 생물반응조는 타워형이고, 상기 생물반응조에는 막모듈이 설치된 것인
식품 폐수의 처리 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복합미생물은 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis), 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 및 사카로마이세스(Saccharomyces)를 포함하는 것이고,
상기 복합미생물은 다공질 무기물에 흡착되어 있는 것인
식품 폐수의 처리 방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 무기분말은 흡유량이 200 내지 300ml이고 비표면적인 200 내지 400(m2/g)인 미분말 실리카인 것인
식품 폐수의 처리 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서
상기 다공질 무기분말은
고비(Osmunda japonica) 추출물 및 노간주나무 추출물(Juniperus rigida S. et Z.)이 더 흡착된 것인
식품 폐수의 처리 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
1차 반응단계 이후에 1차 반응단계를 거친 식품 폐수에 탄산칼슘 및 콜로이달 실리카를 혼합하는 응집단계; 및
상기 응집단계를 거친 식품 폐수를 상기 여과조로 이송하여 필터로 다시 여과하는 재 스크린 단계를 더 포함하는
식품 폐수의 처리 방법. - 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis), 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium) 및 사카로마이세스(Saccharomyces)를 포함하는 복합미생물; 그리고
고비(Osmunda japonica) 추출물 및 노간주나무 추출물(Juniperus rigida S. et Z.)이 흡착된 다공질 무기물을 포함하는
