도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 변류기를 포함하는 전류 측정 디바이스를 개략적으로 도시한다.
Claims (12)
- 측정될 전류를 순환시키는 적어도 하나의 전기 도체를 폐쇄하도록 의도된 개방형 변류기(current transformer) (10)에 있어서, 상기 변류기(10)는 자기 회로 (11) 및 상기 자기 회로 (11) 주위에 권선되고 상기 자기 회로 (11)와 전기적으로 절연된 전기 전도성 코일 (13)을 포함하고, 상기 코일 (13)은 직렬로 연결된 단일 권선 또는 여러 개의 별개의 권선을 포함하고,
상기 자기 회로 (11)는 자성 재료의 와이어 (110) 세트를 포함하고, 상기 와이어 (110)는 가닥(strand) 형태로 함께 꼬여져 상기 자기 회로 (11)에 대한 모든 방향에서 균일한 가요성(flexibility)을 갖는 케이블을 형성하는, 개방형 변류기(10). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 와이어의 자성 재료는 적어도 70% 니켈, 바람직하게는 78 내지 81%의 니켈과 고 투자율(magnetic permeability)을 갖는 철-니켈 합금인, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 와이어(110)는 상기 와이어(110) 간의 접착을 피하기 위해 조립 중에 마그네슘 메틸레이트(magnesium methylate), 또는 알루미나(alumina) 또는 마그네시아(magnesia) 분말에 의해 서로 기하학적으로 그리고 전기적으로 절연된, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 와이어(110)는 가닥 형태로 함께 꼬여진 복수의 자성 재료의 스레드(thread)를 포함하는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 각각의 와이어 (110)의 스레드(thread)는 상기 와이어(110)의 스레드 간의 접착을 피하기 위해 조립 동안 마그네슘 메틸레이트, 또는 알루미나 또는 마그네시아 분말에 의해 서로 기하학적으로 그리고 전기적으로 절연되는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 (110)의 각각의 스레드는 0.1 mm 내지 0.5 mm 사이에서, 바람직하게는 0.20 mm로 구성된 직경을 갖는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코일 (13)에 권선되고 상기 자기 회로 (11)가 가압(press-fit)되는 전기 절연 가요성 관형 내피(inner sheath)(12)를 또한 포함하는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코일 (13)을 둘러싸는 전기 절연 관형 외피(outer sheath) (14)를 또한 포함하는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코일 (13)은 직렬로 연결된 복수의 별개의 권선(winding)을 포함하고, 적어도 2 개의 권선은 전기 절연 도선을 포함하고, 상기 코일 (13)의 권선 축에 대한 방사 방향에서 스택(stack)을 형성하기 위해 방사상으로 중첩되는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코일 (13)의 상기 적어도 하나의 권선은 0.1 mm 내지 0.8 mm 사이에서, 바람직하게는 0.4 mm로 구성된 직경을 갖는 구리 전선을 포함하는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 래칫 잠금(ratchet locking) 또는 나사 조임(screwing)에 의한 폐쇄 수단을 포함하는, 개방형 변류기(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 개방형 변류기 (10) 및 상기 변류기 (10)의 코일 (13)에 전기적으로 연결된 처리 수단 (16)을 포함하는 전류 측정 디바이스.
