도 2는 종래 소결로 배기가스 처리 시스템을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 배기가스 처리 시스템을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 촉매 재생 공정에서 CO 산화 촉매의 성능을 평가한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 배기가스 처리 시스템에서 활성이 저하된 CO 산화 촉매 재생시 TG-MS 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 소결로 후단부에서 추출된 배기가스로부터 황산화물을 제거하는 단계;
SCR 촉매를 이용하여 상기 배기가스로부터 질소산화물을 제거하는 단계;
CO 산화 촉매를 이용하여 상기 배기가스로부터 CO를 제거하는 단계; 및
배기가스를 승온하여 SCR 촉매 및 CO 산화 촉매를 재생하는 단계를 포함하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
소결로 후단부에서 추출된 배기가스의 온도는 150 내지 500℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
소결로 후단부에서 추출된 배기가스는 전체 배기가스 유량의 5 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
황산화물 제거 단계에서 황산화물 제거율은 30 내지 99%인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
배기가스로부터 황산화물을 제거한 후, 배기가스를 소결로로 재순환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
SCR 촉매는
탈질 장치 전단 및 후단의 질소산화물 농도 차이를 측정하여 SCR 촉매 활성도를 산출하는 단계 및
상기 SCR 촉매 활성도가 설정값 이하이면 배기가스를 250 내지 400℃로 승온하여 SCR 촉매로부터 황화합물을 제거하는 단계
를 포함하는 공정에 의해 재생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
CO 산화 촉매는
CO 산화 장치 전단 및 후단의 배기가스 온도 차이를 측정하여 CO 산화 촉매 활성도를 산출하는 단계 및
상기 CO 산화 촉매 활성도가 설정값 이하이면 배기가스를 300 내지 550℃로 승온하여 CO 산화 촉매로부터 황화합물을 제거하는 단계
를 포함하는 공정에 의해 재생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
SCR 촉매는 V/TiO2, V/W/TiO2, V/Ce/TiO2, 제올라이트 또는 이들의 혼합인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
CO 산화 촉매는 Pt, Pd 또는 이들의 혼합인 소결로 배기가스 처리 방법.
