도 4는 실시예 1의 전동 브레이크의 하우징에 2개소의 절결을 마련한 구조의 설명도.
도 5는 도 4에 도시하는 좌우의 변형 센서의 신호와, 그 평균값의 신호를 나타내는 하중-변형의 특성도.
도 6은 실시예 2에 관한 전동 브레이크의 스러스트 베어링(9) 주변의 구조를 나타내는 사시 단면도.

Claims (13)
- 회전력을 발생시키는 전동 모터와,
해당 전동 모터에서 발생한 회전력에 의해 회전하는 회전축과,
상기 회전축의 회전을 변환한 병진력에 의해 축 방향으로 이동하는 피스톤과,
해당 피스톤의 병진에 수반하여 디스크에 압박되는 브레이크 패드와,
상기 회전축에 걸리는 스러스트 하중을 받는 스러스트 베어링과,
해당 스러스트 베어링을 축 방향으로 지지하는 지지 부재
를 갖는 전동 브레이크로서,
상기 스러스트 베어링은,
상기 회전축과 접촉하여 상기 스러스트 하중을 받음과 함께, 상기 회전축과 일체로 회전하는 제1 궤도반과,
상기 지지 부재에 고정된 제2 궤도반과,
상기 제1 궤도반과 상기 제2 궤도반 사이에 협지되는 복수의 전동체
로 구성되고,
상기 제2 궤도반은, 상기 지지 부재와의 접촉면 측에, 상기 지지 부재와 접촉하는 지지부와, 상기 지지 부재와 접촉하지 않는 비지지부가 마련되고,
해당 비지지부에 변형 센서를 마련한 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전축의 외면에 마련한 나선상의 홈부와,
상기 피스톤과 연결한 너트의 내면에 마련한 나선상의 홈부와,
양쪽 홈부에 개재하는 복수의 볼
로 구성되는 나사 이송 기구에 의해, 상기 회전축의 회전이 상기 병진력으로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지 부재는, 전동 브레이크의 하우징, 또는, 상기 스러스트 베어링과 상기 하우징의 사이에 배치된 워셔인 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변형 센서는, 상기 비지지부의 대략 중앙에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 비지지부의 둘레 방향 폭 W가 상기 전동체의 주회 방향 간격 P의 대략 2배인 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 궤도반은, 상기 비지지부를 복수 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제6항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 비지지부는, 상기 제2 궤도반에 대하여 선대칭으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제7항에 있어서,
2개의 상기 변형 센서가 상기 제2 궤도반에 대하여 점대칭으로 마련되어 있을 때, 한쪽의 상기 변형 센서의 바로 아래를 상기 전동체가 통과하는 타이밍과, 다른 한쪽의 상기 변형 센서의 바로 아래를 상기 전동체가 통과하는 타이밍이 180°의 위상차를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제6항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 비지지부는, 둘레 방향으로 등간격으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 비지지부의 각각에 마련한 복수의 상기 변형 센서의 신호 출력의 평균값을 제어에 이용하는 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비지지부는, 상기 지지 부재에 절결을 마련하는 것에 의해, 상기 제2 궤도반의 상기 지지 부재와의 접촉면 측에 형성된 것인 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 비지지부는, 상기 제2 궤도반의 상기 지지 부재와의 접촉면의 일부를, 상기 지지 부재로부터 이격되도록 낮게 함으로써 형성된 것인 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 비지지부에 받침대를 형성하고, 해당 받침대에 상기 변형 센서를 마련한 것을 특징으로 한 전동 브레이크.
