Description

Claims (7)
- 축 방향으로 연장되는 내측 보어를 갖는 천공된 코어;
제1 외측 면, 제1 내측면, 제2 외측면 및 제2 내측면을 규정하는 접힌 멤브레인 시트를 포함하고, 상기 접힌 멤브레인 시트의 접힘은 상기 멤브레인 패킷 의 선단부로 되는, 적어도 하나의 멤브레인 패킷;
상기 접힌 멤브레인 시트에 의해 끼워 지도록 상기 제1 내면과 제2 내면 사이에 위치되는 피드 시트;
제1 투과 채널을 규정하는 상기 멤브레인 시트의 상기 제1 외측면에 인접한 제1 투과 스크린;
제2 투과 채널을 규정하는 상기 멤브레인 시트의 상기 제2 외측면에 인접한 제2 투과 스크린; 및
상기 멤브레인 패킷의 상기 리딩 에지에 결합된 유체 불투과성 지지부를 포함하는, 나선형으로 감긴 멤브레인 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 멤브레인 패킷들이 존재하며, 이들의 각각은 각각의 리딩 에지에 결합된 리딩 에지 및 유체 불투과성 지지부를 갖는, 나선형으로 감긴 멤브레인 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불투과성 지지부는, 웨지 형상인 나선형으로 감긴 멤브레인 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불투과성 지지부는, 웨지 형상인 나선형으로 감긴 멤브레인 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모듈은 단면이 원통형이고 경화된 접착제의 외측 표면을 갖는, 나선형으로 감긴 멤브레인 모듈.
- 나선형으로 감긴 멤브레인을 포팅하는 방법으로서,
제1항의 나선형으로 감긴 멤브레인을 몰드 캐비티와 밀봉 관계로 위치시키는 단계;
상기 몰드 캐비티 내에 접착제를 도입하는 단계;
상기 몰드 캐비티 내에 진공을 적용하는 단계;
이에 의해, 상기 진공이 상기 접착제를 상기 제1 및 제2 투과 채널 내로 구동하고;
상기 접착제가 경화하도록하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 피드 스크린은 4개의 에지들을 갖고, 포팅 작업 동안 적어도 3개의 에지들 상에 고체 유체 불투과성 보더를 갖는 방법.
