a) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 위사는 OPW 에어백의 제1 부분 영역 (ETB)에서 상기 중간 직물 층 (MG)으로부터 나오고 부분적으로 상부 직물 층 (OG)에 연결되며 부분적으로 하부 직물 층 (UG)에 고정되고(tied)
b) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 경사는 OPW 에어백의 제1 부분 영역 (ETB)에 있는 상기 중간 직물 층 (MG)으로부터 나오고 하부 직물 층 (UG)과 상부 직물 층 (OG) 사이에서 자유롭게 부유하고
c1) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 위사 및 경사는 OPW 에어백의 제2 부분 영역 (ZTB)에서 하부 직물 층 (UG) 또는 상부 직물 층 (OG)에 통합되고(incorporated)
또는
C2) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 위사 및 경사는 몇 개의 부착 지점 (AP)에서 하부 직물 층 (UG) 또는 상부 직물 층 (OG)에 고정된다.
Description
도 1은 팽창되지 않은 상태의 OPW 에어백을 위에서 관찰한 매우 단순화된 개략도를 나타낸다.
도 2는 팽창되지 않은 상태에서 도 1의 매우 단순화된 단면도로서, OPW 에어백의 제1 부분 영역에서 중간 직물 층의 완전히 부유하는 경사(warp thread)를 나타낸다.
도 3은 팽창되지 않은 상태에서 OPW 에어백을 아래에서 관찰한 매우 단순화된 개략도를 나타낸다.
도 4a는 팽창되지 않은 상태의 개별 챔버를 갖는 OPW 에어백의 일부분의 매우 단순화된 도식적이고 예시적인 단면도를 나타낸다. 직물 층의 실제적인 위치를 서로 관련하여 설명하기 위하여, 약간 분리된 상태로 표시한다.
도 4b는 도 4a에 따른 OPW 에어백의 일부분에 대한 매우 단순화된 개략적인 단면도를 나타내나, 팽창된 상태이고 이에 상응하여 더 짧다.
도 4c는 팽창되지 않은 상태의 X-테더 및 보강 챔버를 갖는 OPW 에어백의 후방부의 매우 단순화된 개략적인 단면도를 나타낸다. 직물 층의 실제 위치를 서로 관련하여 설명하기 위해, 약간 분리된 상태로 표시한다.

Claims (9)
- 적어도 3개의 직물 층, 하부 직물 층 (UG), 상부 직물 층 (OG) 및 그 사이에 배치된 중간 직물 층 (MG)으로 함께 직조된 경사(warp thread) 및 위사(weft thread)를 갖는 OPW 에어백으로서,
a) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 위사는 OPW 에어백의 제1 부분 영역 (ETB)에서 상기 중간 직물 층 (MG)으로부터 나오고 부분적으로 상부 직물 층 (OG)에 연결되며 부분적으로 하부 직물 층 (UG)에 고정되고(tied) 여기서
b) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 경사는 OPW 에어백의 제1 부분 영역 (ETB)에 있는 상기 중간 직물 층 (MG)으로부터 나오고 하부 직물 층 (UG)과 상부 직물 층 (OG) 사이에서 자유롭게 부유하고 여기서
c1) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 위사 및 경사는 OPW 에어백의 제2 부분 영역 (ZTB)에서 하부 직물 층 (UG) 또는 상부 직물 층 (OG)에 통합되고
또는
c2) 중간 직물 층 (MG)의 위사 및 경사는 몇 개의 부착 지점 (AP)에서 하부 직물 층 (UG) 또는 상부 직물 층 (OG)에 고정되는 것인, OPW 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,

중간 직물 층 (MG)의 위사 및 경사는 하부 직물 층에 평행한 내부 하부 직물 층 (IGLU) 또는 상부 직물 층에 평행한 내부 상부 직물 층 (IGLO)의 부착 지점 (AP)을 제외하고 OPW 에어백의 제2 부분 영역 (ZTB)에 통합되는 것인, OPW 에어백.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상부 직물 층 (OG) 및 중간 직물 층 (MG)은 X-테더(X-tether)(X)를 통해 선택된 영역에서 함께 결합되는 것인, OPW 에어백.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하부 직물 층 (UG) 및 중간 직물 층 (MG)는 X-테더 (X)를 통해 선택된 영역에서 함께 결합되는 것인, OPW 에어백.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전방부(VA), 중간부(MA) 및 후방부(HA),
전방부(VA)에 배치되는 발생기(G)를 수용하기 위한 발생기 입구(GEM) 및 그에 인접하여 제1 부분 영역 (ETB)에 배치되는 유입 영역(ESB),
중간 직물 층(MG) 및 하부 직물 층(UG) 사이에
-중간부(MA)에 배치되고, 후방부(HA) 방향으로 종 방향으로 연장되는, 보강 챔버(LVK), 및
-후방부(HA)에 배치되고, 횡 방향으로 연장되는, 보강 챔버 (QVK),
를 포함하는, OPW 에어백.
- 제5항에 있어서,
중간 직물 층 (MG)과 하부 직물 층 (UG) 사이를 횡 방향으로 연장하는 보강 챔버(QVK)에 인접하고 평행한, X-테더 시리즈(XTK)가 중간 직물 층 (MG)과 상부 직물 층 (OG) 사이에 배치되고, 상기 시리즈의 폭은 횡 방향으로 연장되는 보강 챔버(OVK)의 폭보다 작은 것인, OPW 에어백.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중간부(MA) 및 후방부(HA) 사이의 영역에서, 횡 방향으로 연장되는, 적어도 하나의 실질적으로 선형인 단일 층 영역(EB)를 포함하는, OPW 에어백.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중간부(MA) 및 후방부(HA) 사이 영역에 측면 리세스(lateral recesses)(SEA)를 포함하는, OPW 에어백.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
