도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탄소복합재의 제조방법의 공정을 도시한 다른 일 공정도이며,
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예예서 사용된 탄소섬유의 TGA 분석 결과를 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (10)
탄화 열처리된 탄소 섬유 프리폼을 탄화 열처리보다 높은 온도에서 열처리하는 고온어닐링 단계; 및
고온어닐링된 탄소 섬유 프리폼을 흑연화 열처리하는 흑연화단계;
를 포함하는 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
상기 함침 및 탄화 단계 전, 상기 탄소 섬유 프리폼을 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
흑연화단계 전, 상기 함침 및 탄화단계 및 고온어닐링 단계를 밀도화를 위한 단위 공정으로 하여, 상기 단위 공정이 3 내지 6회 반복 수행되는 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
상기 탄화 열처리는 600 내지 1500℃에서 수행되는 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
상기 단위 공정의 n(n=3 내지 6의 자연수)회 반복 수행시, 하기 식 1을 만족하는 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
(식 1)
Tj-1 ≤ Tj
(식 1에서 Tj에서 j는 2 내지 n의 정수로, Tj-1은 j-1번째 수행되는 고온어닐링시의 온도이며, Tj는 j번째 수행되는 고온어닐링시의 온도이다)
상기 고온어닐링은 1500 내지 2000℃에서 수행되는 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
상기 탄소 섬유 프리폼은 탄소섬유가 직조된 시트인 탄소섬유 시트 및 상기 탄소섬유 시트의 적어도 일면에 위치하는 탄소 섬유 웹(web)을 포함하는 탄소 직물을 포함하는 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
상기 탄소 섬유 프리폼은 탄소 직물에 함유된 탄소섬유 시트의 경사(날실)의 방향을 기준(0˚)로 하여, 인접하는 탄소 직물간 경사 방향이 서로 상이하도록 다방향 적층된 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
상기 탄소원의 함침은 상압 함침인 탄소/탄소 복합재의 제조방법.
