Claims (10)
- 유체를 수송하는 배관;
상기 배관을 감싸며, 다공질 탄소시트로 이루어진 탄소시트층;
상기 탄소시트층 상에 배치되고, 열을 방출하는 발열체;
상기 발열체 상에 배치되고, 상기 발열체로부터 발생한 열을 반사하는 열반사층을 포함하고,
상기 탄소시트층, 상기 발열체 및 상기 열반사층은 상기 열이 순환되는 순환공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 탄소시트는 탄소섬유로 이루어지며, 상기 탄소섬유 사이에는 다수의 열포켓이 존재하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열포켓은 서로 연통되어, 상기 배관 전체를 보온하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열반사층은 금속시트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속시트는 알루미늄 재질 또는 스테인리스 재질로 이루어진 금속시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속시트는 백색 또는 은색 계열로 표면처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열반사층은 요철을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 요철은 상기 열반사층의 전체 또는 부분적으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열반사층은 열반사도가 서로 다른 다수의 열반사편이 적층된 적층 반사층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발열체는 발열선 및 열선크로스로 이루어지며, 상기 열선크로스는 상기 발열선을 고정시키고 메시 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열반사층을 이용한 배관용 히터자켓.
