Claims (10)
- 조성물로서,
(A) 선택적으로 치환될 수 있는 폴리올레핀, 및
(B) 하기 화학식 (I)의 적어도 하나의 오르가노실리콘 화합물:
을 포함하며,
상기 화학식 (I)에서,
R은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 SiC-결합 탄화수소 라디칼이며,
R 1 은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자 또는 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이고,
R 2 는 하기 화학식 (II)의 SiC-결합 폴리에스테르 단위를 나타내며:
상기 화학식 (II)에서,
X는 -O- 또는 -NR x -이며,
R 3 은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자 또는 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이고,
R 4 는 1 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 2가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이고, 개별 탄소 원자는 산소 원자 또는 -NR z -에 의해 대체될 수 있으며,
R 5 는 수소 원자 또는 1 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이고, 개별 탄소 원자는 산소 원자 또는 카르보닐기 -CO- 또는 오르가노실릴 라디칼에 의해 대체될 수 있고,
R x 는 수소 원자 또는 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이며, 개별 탄소 원자는 산소 원자 또는 오르가노실릴 라디칼 -SiR'3에 의해 대체될 수 있고, R'는 동일하거나 상이한, 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내며,
R z 는 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이며, 개별 탄소 원자는 산소 원자, 폴리에스테르 라디칼 R 5 -[O-(CR 3 2 ) n -CO-] m - 또는 오르가노실릴 라디칼 -SiR'3에 의해 대체될 수 있고, R'는 동일하거나 상이한 1가의 선택적으로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내고,
n은 3 내지 6의 정수이며,
m은 1 내지 100의 정수이고,
a는 0 내지 3의 정수이며,
b는 0 내지 1의 정수이고,
p는 0 또는 1 내지 1000의 정수이며,
q는 0 또는 1 내지 100의 정수이고,
r은 0 또는 1 내지 100의 정수이며,
단, a + b ≤ 3이고 q + r은 0 초과의 정수인, 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 (A)는 폴리프로필렌(PP), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 폴리스티렌(PS), 및 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체인, 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 (A)의 비율은 60 중량% 내지 99.99 중량%인, 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
a = b = 0인, 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
성분 (B)는 성분 (A)의 양을 기준으로 0.05 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 양으로 사용되는, 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(A) HDPE,
(B) R3Si[OSiR2]p[OSiRR2]qOSiR3, 여기서 R = 메틸, R2 = H-[O-(CH2)5-CO-]15-NH-(CH2)3-, p = 23, q = 1,
선택적으로 (C) 무기 충전제,
선택적으로 (D) 유기 또는 무기 섬유,
선택적으로 (E) 난연제,
선택적으로 (F) 살생물제,
선택적으로 (G) 안료,
선택적으로 (H) UV 흡수제 및
선택적으로 (I) HALS 안정제
를 포함하는 조성물인, 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,
성분 (A)와 (B) 및 선택적으로 추가 성분을 임의의 원하는 순서로 혼합하는 단계에 의한, 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 연속적으로 수행되는, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 압출에 의해 제조된 성형물로서,
