Claims (10)
- 개질된 제올라이트 결정으로서,
제올라이트 결정 및, 상기 개질된 제올라이트 결정의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.5중량% 내지 20중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5중량% 내지 15중량%, 더 바람직하게는 1중량% 내지 10중량%, 그리고 유리하게는 1중량% 내지 5중량%의, 종점들을 포함한, 적어도 하나의 중합체성 상용화제, 보다 특히 작용성 폴리올레핀을 포함하는, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 결정은 LTA 제올라이트, FAU 제올라이트, MFI 제올라이트, P 제올라이트, SOD 제올라이트, MOR 제올라이트, CHA 제올라이트, HEU 제올라이트 및 이들 중 둘 이상의 임의의 비율의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 제올라이트 흡착제 재료인, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 결정은 수평균 크기가 0.05 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛, 바람직하게는 0.1 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛, 더 바람직하게는 0.1 ㎛ 내지 10 ㎛, 유리하게는 0.2 ㎛ 내지 10 ㎛, 바람직하게는 0.3 ㎛ 내지 8 ㎛, 더욱 더 좋게는 0.5 ㎛ 내지 5 ㎛인, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상용화제는 표준 ASTM D1238(190℃, 2.16kg)에 따라 측정된 용융 흐름 지수가 250 g / 10 min 초과, 바람직하게는 250 g / 10 min 내지 1000 g / 10 min, 보다 바람직하게는 300 g / 10 min 내지 950 g / 10 min, 더욱 더 좋게는 500 g / 10 min 내지 900 g / 10 min, 그리고 매우 바람직하게는 확실히 550 g / 10 min 내지 900 g / 10 min인, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상용화제의 용융 온도는 150℃ 미만, 더 바람직하게는 120℃ 미만, 유리하게는 110℃ 미만, 그리고 더 더욱 좋게는 100℃ 미만인, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상용화제는 중합체, 바람직하게는 폴리올레핀, 그리고 보다 구체적으로는 작용성 폴리올레핀인, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상용화제는 선택적으로 그러나 바람직하게는 불포화 카르복실산 또는 디카르복실산 무수물 및 불포화 에폭시드로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기로 작용화되는, 알파-올레핀 또는 디올레핀의 동종중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 작용화된 공단량체와 올레핀의 공중합체로부터 선택되는, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수평균 크기가 0.07 ㎛ 내지 25 ㎛, 바람직하게는 0.1 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛, 더 바람직하게는 0.1 ㎛ 내지 10 ㎛, 유리하게는 0.2 ㎛ 내지 10 ㎛, 더 바람직하게는 0.3 ㎛ 내지 8 ㎛, 더욱 더 좋게는 0.5 ㎛ 내지 5 ㎛인, 개질된 제올라이트 결정. - 중합체 매트릭스에서의 충전제로서 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 개질된 제올라이트 결정의 용도.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
중합체 매트릭스에서의 충전제로서 이중 글레이징, 코팅 조성물, 중합될 준비가 된 포뮬레이션, 가교될 준비가 된 포뮬레이션 분야에서의 응용을 위한, 그리고 또한 보강된 기계적 특성, 난연성 특성 및 음향 특성을 갖는 재료에서의 충전제로서 응용을 위한, 그리고 전기 및 전자 분야 등의 응용을 위한, 용도.
