Claims (9)
- 전분분말을 화학적 처리하여 변성 전분을 형성하고, 상기 변성 전분을 가소화처리하여 열가소성 전분을 형성하는 단계;
상기 열가소성 전분과, 폴리프로필렌 및 미량의 금속을 혼합하여 컴파운드 조성물을 얻는 단계; 및
상기 컴파운드 조성물의 컴파운드 압출 공정을 진행한 후 컴파운드 냉각 공정을 진행하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 컴파운드 압출 공정은 다이노즐 직경을 하향 조절하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 컴파운드 냉각 공정은 컴파운드 압출 진행 방향으로 온도가 하향 조절된 냉각수를 투입 및 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 토양생분해성 섬유용 내열 컴파운드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 전분은 아밀로펙틴 전분 및 아밀로오스 전분의 혼합물인 것인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 전분은 아밀로펙틴 전분 2.0 내지 20 중량%; 아밀로오스 전분 5.0 내지 25중량%의 혼합물인 것인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속은 Ca, K, Cu, Zn, Mg, Fe, Mn 및 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 것인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속은 K인 것인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속의 함량은 10ppm 내지 100ppm 인 것인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컴파운드 조성물은 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여 폴리프로필렌 50 내지 80 중량%; 아밀로펙틴 전분 2.0 내지 20 중량%; 아밀로오스 전분 5.0 내지 25중량; 및 금속 10 내지 100ppm을 포함하는 것인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컴파운드 냉각 공정에서 냉각수온도는 10℃~15℃로 조절되는 것인 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 컴파운드 압출 공정에서 다이노즐 직경은 1.5 mm 내지 2.5 mm로 조절되는 것인 제조방법.
