Claims (1)
- 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 건미역을 절단 가압하여 조쇄한 분말에 이스트 또는 중탄산소오다 등의 발포제 수용액으로 혼련 과립상으로 하여 건조가마에서 80℃ 전후에 베이킹 함과 동시에 완전 건조하여 분말로 하고 이에 미수가루 및 비타민을 첨가하여서 된 분말 미역을 주제로한 식품의 가공방법.
