Claims (2)

  1. 높은 내구성을 가지며, (a) 티탄 또는 티탄-기본합금으로 이루어진 전극기질; (b) 금속 산화물로 이루어지는 전극피막; 및 (c) 전극기질 (a) 및 전극피막 (b) 사이에, 탄탈, 니오브의 전기 전도성 산화물 또는 그 혼합물로 이루어지며 두께가 금속으로 계산해 0.001 내지 2g/㎡인 중간층으로 구성되는, 산소가 발생되는 전해에 사용하는 전해용 전극.
  2. 티탄 또는 티탄-기본 합금의 전극기질을, 탄탈, 니오브의 전기전도성 산화물 또는 그 혼합물로, 열분해법에 의해 코팅하여 금촉으로 계산하여 두께가 0.001 내지 2g/㎡인 층을 기질상에 생성하고; 백금군 금속 산화물 또는 백금군 금속 산화물 및 밸브 금속 산화물의 혼합물로 이루어지는 전극피막을 기질상의 박층상에 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 제1항에 청구된 전해용 전극을 제조하는 방법.
