Claims (10)

  1. 유기액체에서 수성용액을 유제화하고 물을 반응매체로 도입하여 파괴잔류성 산클로라이드 또는 무수물그룹과 반응시켜 중화화반응을 증결시키는 단계를 표함하는 폴리염기성 산클로라이드 또는 무수물과 반응에 의해 공유영역 중합화에 의해 점척제주위 중합체막을 형성시켜 수성아민 용액을 미세캡슐화시키는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 물을 유기액체에서 물의 반응매체용액으로 첨가에 의해 반응매체로 도입하며 용액이 유제의 소수성층으로 전체적으로 용융될 수 있는 것인 공정.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 용해된 물에서 유기액체가 탄소원자 5이상을 표함하는 지방족알콜인 공정.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소프로판올, n-부탄올, 부탄-2-올, 또는 n-아밀알콜인 공정.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 반응이 에탄올에 용해시킨 물 3%용액의 첨가에 의해 종결되는 공정.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 수성아민용액이 유리아민그룹의 다수를 표함하는 친수성 단백질의 수성용액인 공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수성아민용액이 전반적으로 비극성용매로 구성되는 유기액체에서 유제화되는 공정.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항에 있어서, 산클로라이드 또는 무수물이 세바코일클로라이드, 석신일클로라이드, 아디포일클로라이드, 프탈오일클로라이드, 테레프탈오일클로라이드 또는 시트로일클로라이드 또는 석시닉무수물인 공정.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항에 있어서, 용매의 다음 종결에서 용매층이 캡슐을 경사제거지키는 공정.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 용매층으로부터 캡슐의 분리로 캡슐이 건조되는 공정.
