Claims (10)
- 본문에 상술한 바와 같이, 조엘라스타제의 출발수용액을 처리하여 3mΩ/㎝ 이하의 전도도가 2∼5의 pH를 갖는 수정된 수용액을 얻는 단계와, 다음에 상기 수정된 수용액으로 부터 엘라스타제를 침전시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 정제방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 출발용액을 한외 여과함으로써, 출발용액의 전도도를 3mΩ/㎝ 또는 그 이하로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스트라제의 정제방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 수정된 수용액의 pH가 3∼4.5범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 정제방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 포유동물의 췌장으로 부터 엘라스타제 전계물을 추출한 다음, 상기 전계물을 활성화시켜 조엘라스타제 생성물을 형성케 하기에 유효한 조건하에 상기 엘라스타제 전계물과 활성화제를 혼합하고, 다음에 상기 조엘라스타제 전생물을 회수하여 이로부터 출발수용액이 되게 함으로써 상기 출발수용액이 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 정제방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 수정된 수용액의 전도도가 약 1.2mΩ/㎝이고, 그의 pH는 4.8 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 정제방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 수정된 수용액의 전도도가 약 2mΩ/㎝이고, 그의 pH는 4.5 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 정제방법.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 수정된 수용액의 전도도가 약 3mΩ/㎝이고, 그의 pH는 3 또는 그 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 정제방법.
- 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 포유 동물의 췌장이 돼지의 췌장인 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 정제방법.
- 다음(a)∼(h)의 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스타제의 제조방법. (a) 포유동물의 췌장으로 부터 엘라스타제 전계물을 추출하는 단계; (b) 다음에 상기 전계물을 활성화시켜 엘라스타제를 형성케 하기에 유효한 조건하에, 상기 엘라스타제 전계물과 활성화제를 혼합하는 단계; (c) 다음에 상기 엘라스타제를 불순한 고체의 엘라스타제 함유 생성물의 형태로 회수하는 단계; (d) 다음에 상기 고체 엘라스타제 함유 생성물에 물을 가하여 조엘라스타제함유 수용액을 형성시키는 단계; (e) 다음에 상기 조엘라스타제 함유 수용액을 한외 여과함으로써 이로부터 10,000 또는 그 이하의 분자량을 갖는 불순물을 제거하여 3mΩ/㎝ 또는 그 이하의 전도도를 갖는 수정된 엘라스타제 함유 수용액을 얻는 단계; (f) 다음에 상기 수정된 용액에 사에트산을 가하여 그의 pH를 2∼5로 조정하는 단계; (g) 다음에 상기 용액을 엘라스타제 침전이 형성되기에 충분한 시간동안 방치하는 단계; (h) 상기 침전을 회수하는 단계.
- 청구범위 9에 있어서, 상기 아세트산 부가 후의 상기 용액의 pH 3∼4.5 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 엘라스타제의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
