Description
Claims (11)
- 공구와 공작물 사이에 비교 회전이 있는 범위에서 공구의 기계 가공작동이 요구되는 일정하지 않은 표면 외형으로 공작물을 가공하기 위한 공작기계로 공급된 정보로부터 가공될 공작물의 요구되는 일정하지 않은 표면외 형의함수인 전기적 출력신호를 발생시키기 위한 제어장치를 포함하고, 상기 출력신호에 따라 공구를 작동시키는 공구작동기와 공구를 포함하며, 이와 같은 특성의 공구작동기가, 전기적 출력신호를 대응하는 선형 동작으로 변환하기 위한 제어장치로 연결된 변환기(13;20;26,28;50,51)를 포함하고, 공구(15;31;42)가, 선형 작동을 위해 변환기로 직접연결되어 공작물(16;35)를 요구되는 일정하지 않은 표면 외형으로 가공시키는 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기계 가공동안 공구를 진동시키기 위하여 공구에 인가되는 초음파 발진 신호원(10)이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 초음파 발진신호가 출력이 공구를 진동시키는 초음파 변환기(13;20)에 인가됨을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 초음파 변환기(13)이 또한 제어장치(12)의 출력으로 연결된 변환기를 형성하며, 제어장치로부터의 전기적 출력신호가 공구의 초음파 진동을 변조함을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변환기가, 전기적 출력신고를 받고 상기 신호를 공구(15)에 인가되는 기계적 동작으로 변환하는 피에조 전기적 변환기임을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변환기가 전기적 출력신호에 따라 소자(28;38;57)이 선형 위치를 변경시키는 전자기적 변환기임을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 변환기(26,28;37,38;50,51)가 직류선형 전동기를 포함하며, 여기에서 유동적인 영구자석 소자(28;38;51)의 선형 위치가 제장치로부터의 전기적 출력신호에 의해 선형 전동기의 고정자코일 (26;37;50)내에 생성된, 자기장에 의해 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공구(31;42)에 공구가 기준 위치에 유지되도록 하는 힘을 인가하기 위한 공구위치 수단(30;39)가 제공되어, 공구(31;42)가 상기 기준위치로부터 일정하지 않은 표면 외형을 가공하기 위한 요구되는 위치로 움직임을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공구가 길다란 소자(29)와 함께 유동적이고, 공구 위치 수단이, 길다란 소자의 축에 직각인 각각 분할된 평면에 위치하고, 상기 길다란 소자의 축이 격막(30)이 축과 동축이 되도록 길다란 소자에 연결된 두 개의 격막을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공구 위치 수단이 적어도 하나의 개스(gas) 베어링을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공구(42)가 연장된 소자(38)과 함께 유동적이고, 공구위치 수단이, 연장된 소자의 긴 방향에 직각인 각 면들에 위치하고 연장된 소자와 베이스(40)사이에 연결된 다수의 가요성 판(39)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
