Claims (6)
- 양극 산화에 의한 산화 유전체층을 구비한 애노드, 캐소드, 스페이서, 그리고 하나 이상의 쌍극성 비양자성 혼합물로 구성된 용액에 유기 카복실산 및 붕산을 구비하는 아민염으로 구성된 전해질 용액을 포함하는 전해질 커패시터로서, 1,2 혹은 3 탄소원자를 구비하는 카복실산의 하나 이상의 모노알킬화이 혹은 디알킬화용액에는 최소한 용매의 0.20몰/kg의 양의 아민과 최소한용매의 0.20몰/kg의 양의 아세트산 및 프로피온산과 최소한 용매의 0.01몰/kg의 양의 붕산이 용해되고, 상기 아민은 아세트산 및 프로피온산의 0.25×당량수와 1.5×당량수 사이의 양이고, 상기 붕산은 아세트산 및 프로피온산의 5×당량수와 거의 동일한 양이며, 이러한 모든 경우에는 25℃에서 최소한 1ms/cm의 전도도에 이르게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 커패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해질 용액은 최고로 물의 무게의 10%까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 커패시터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전해질 용액은 물의 무게의 4%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 커패시터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아민은 1 내지 4 탄소원자를 포함하는 하이드로 카본에서 파생된 지방성 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 커패시터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 전해 용액은 N 모노메틸아세트아미드의 무게의 15% 내지 50%의 N.N 디메틸아세트아미드 및 N 모노메틸 아세트 아미드의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 커패시터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공지의 산화제는 전해질 용액에 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 커패시터.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
