제1도는 펠릿 상호간의 결합시켜서 괴상의 것으로 한 본 발명 괴성광의 입자구조를 표시한 정면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 입도 5㎜ 이하를 주요입도로 하는 미분철광석을 원료로 하여 3 내지 9㎜의 입경으로 조립된 미니펠릿을 소성하여 확산 결합시켜서 상기 미니펠릿의 복수개를 칼슘 페라이트에 의한 결합으로 표층부를 결합괴성화 한것을 특징으로 하는 괴성광.
  2. 입도 5㎜이하를 주요입도로하는 미분철광석에 매용제를 첨가하여 1차 조립하고 다음에 이 조립물에의 표면에 가루 코우크스, 분상 챠아미분탄, 분상 석유 코우크스 등의 고체연료를 피복하여 2차조립을 하여 3 내지 9㎜의 입경의 미니펠릿으로 조립하고, 이 미니펠릿을 건조, 점화, 소성, 냉각조운을 가진 그레이트식 소성로를 사용하여 소성하여 미니펠릿의 괴상체를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 괴성광 제조방법.
  3. 상기 미니펠릿 조립 프로세스의 2차조립 할때에 1차조립물의 표면에만 피복되는 고체연료의 참가율을 2.5 내지 3.5%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 괴성광 제조방법.
  4. 첨가매용제중 1차조립할때의 첨가총량의 50%이상을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제2항 및 제3항 기재의 괴성광 제조방법.
  5. 상기 건조조운의 열원에 소성. 냉각조운의 폐열을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제2항 내지 제4항 기재의 괴성광 제조방법.
  6. 상기 그레이트식 소성로의 그레이트부에 장입하는 미니펠릿의 층두께를 300 내지 550㎜로 하고, 건조 조운의 건조를 하향 건조만으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구의 범위 제5항 내지 제2항 기재의 괴성광 제조방법.
