제1도는 본 발명의 방법으로 제조되는 자기헤드의 도중의 제조단계에 있어서의 자기헤드의 사시도,
제2도는 제1도의 자기헤드의 완성 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 자기디스크용 자기헤드에 있어서, 디스크에 접하는 에어베어링부와 기록 및 재생을 행하는 코어부 트랙폭들을 포토프로세스 등의 마스크를 형성하고 이 마스크를 형성하지 않은 부분을 식각함으로써 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마스크에 의하여 형성된 한쌍의 에어 베어링부는 각각 디스크 내외주의 압력을 보정하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  3. 자기 디스크용 자기헤드에 있어서, 기록 및 재생을 행하는 코어부 트랙폭을 포토프로세스드의 마스크를 형성하고 이 마스크를 실시하지 않은 부분을 식각함으로써 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 기록 및 재생을 행하는 코어부는 박막 제조방법 등에 의하여 형성된 자기헤드부를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드의 제조방법.
