제1도는 본 발명에 의한 합성수지 용기의 목부분 내열구조를 표시하는 반 종단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 용기의 목부분을 형성하는 열가소성 수지가 목형성 수지에 비하여 내열성이 우수한 열가소성 수지로 형성된 내열층을 가지고 내부적으로 설치된 다층구조를 가지는 목부분의 구조에 있어서, 상기한 내열층을 형성하는 수지의 일부가 목개구단으로부터 목형성 수지 바깥에 노출되고, 적어도 개구단은 내열층의 그것과 같은 내열수지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 용기의 목부분의 내열구조.
  2. 용기의 목부분을 형성하는 열가소성 수지가 목형성 수지에 비하여 내열성이 우수한 열가소성 수지로 형성된 내열층을 가지고 내부적으로 설치된 다층구조를 가지는 목부분의 구조에 있어서, 상기한 내열층을 형성하는 수지의 일부가 목개구단으로부터 목형성수지 바깥에 노출되고, 목부분의 바깥부분 외에 개구단은 내열층의 그것과 똑같은 내열수지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 용기의 목부분의 내열구조.
  3. 용기의 목부분을 형성하는 열가소성 수지가 목형성수지에 비하여 내열성이 우수한 열가소성 수지로 형성된 내열층을 가지고 내부적으로 설치된 다층구조를 가지는 목부분의 구조에 있어서, 상기한 내열층을 형성하는 수지의 일부가 목개구단으로부터 목형성수지 바깥에 노출되고, 목개구단 및 나사부분은 내열층의 그것과 똑같은 내열수지로 구성되고, 상기한 내열층은 나사부분과 상기한 지지링의 내부에 걸쳐서 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 용기의 목부분의 내열구조.
  4. 제 1,2 및 3항의 하나에 있어서, 상기한 용기의목부분을 형성하는 상기한 열가소성 수지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 포함하고, 상기 한 내열수지는 폴리 카보네이트, 폴리아미드, 에틸렌비닐 알콜 중합체 및 폴리아미드 또는 폴리 카보네이트 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 혼합물을 포함하는 합성수지 용기의 목부분의 내열구조.
