Claims (18)
- 잉크가 압력펄스에 의해 선택적으로 다수의 잉크젯트 오리피스와, 각 잉크젯트 오리피스에 각각 연통하는 다수의 압력실 수단과, 대응의 압력실 수단에 있는 잉크에 압력 펄스를 주기위해 대응하는 다수의 변화기수단과, 압력실 수단 각각에 잉크를 공급하기 위한 대응하는 다수의 입구수단과, 인접 잉크젯트 오리피스를 위한 압력실 수단과 연통하는 잉크공급수단과 대응 오리피스에 인접한 압력실 수단의 구역사이에 연통을 제공하는 대응의 가스의 유로 통로 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잉크젯트 오리피스와 연통하는 압력실 수단이 오리피스를 연결하는 라인의 대향측상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉키젯트배열.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대응하는 잉크젯트 오리피스로 부터 이격된 위치에서 대응하는 압력실 수단과 각각 연통하는 다수의 저음향임피이던스실 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 저음향임피이던스실 수단이 실내에서 음향펄스로 저임피이던스를 제공하는 고적응성 벽수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유동통로 수단이 인접한 잉크젯트의 저음향임피이던스실 수단과 한 잉크젯트의 압력실 수단 사이에서 연장하는 고임피이던스 잉크통로를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 다수의 잉크젯트 오리피스 수단과, 이 잉크젯트 오리피스 수단과 연통하는 대응하는 다수의 압력실 수단을 포함하고, 오리피스 수단 각각의 동적 임피이던스는 대응하는 압력실 수단의 동적 임피이던스에 사실상 정합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제6항에 있어서, 오리피스 수단내의 오리피스의 직경과 두께, 드리고 압력실 수단내의 압력실의 단면적이 압력실 수단의 동적임피이던스에 오리피스 수단의 동적 임피이던스가 실제로 정합되도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 다수의 정열된 잉크젯트 오리피스와, 각각 중심축을 갖고 잉크젯트오리피스중 하나와 연통하는 대응하는 다수의 세장압력실 수단과, 압력실 수단 각각에 잉크를 공급하기 위한 대응하는 다수의 잉크 공급수단을 포함하고, 인접하는 잉크젯트 오리피스에 잉크를 공급하기 위한 압력실 수단고, 잉크 공급수단이 라인의 다른 측상에 잇는 압력실 수단의 중심축들 사이에서 연장하는 라인의 한 측상에 압력실 수단의 중심축에 오리피스를 연결하는 라인의 대향측상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제8항에 있어서, 입력실 수단으로 받은 부압력펄스를 압력실 수단을 통하여 정의 펄스로서 다시 반향시키도록 압력실 수단 각각에 연통하는 저음향 임피이던스실 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제9항에 있어서, 저음향 임피이던스실 수단이 고적응성 벽수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트 배열.
- 제9항에 있어서, 저음향 임피이던스실 수단은 압력실 수단으로부터 잉크공급수단으로 압력펄스가 전송되지 않도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인접한 잉크젯트 오리피스를 위한 잉크공급수단사이에 유로통로를 제공하기 위해 인접한 잉크젯트 오리피스를 위한 압력실 수단과 연통하는 저음향임피이던스실 수단과 잉크젯트 오리피스들중 하나와 연통하는 압력실 수단사이에서 연장하는 고임피이던스 채널수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 기판을 향하여 잉크를 사출 하기 위한 적어도 두 개의 오리피스와, 오리피스로 부터 잉크의 사출을 제어하기 위한 압력펄스를 공급하기 위해 각 오리피스를 위한 압력실 수단과, 입력실 수단들중 하나에 잉크를 각각 공급하는 두 개의 잉크공급도관 수단과, 한 오리피스를 위한 압력실 수단에서 다른 오리피스를 위한 압력실 수단으로 잉크를 공급하기 위해 잉크공급도관 수단에 잉크를 전달하는 유동통로 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유통통로수단과 오리피스들중 하나를 위한 압력실 수단과 잉크공급도관 수단에서 다른 오리피스로 이끄는 압력실 수단을 위한 잉크공급수단으로 잉크의 순환을 일으키기 위한 잉크순환 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트헤드.
- 제13항에 있어서, 오리피스중 하나의 압력실 수단으로 부터의 유통통로 수단이 다른 오리피스로 이끄는 압력실 수단에 결합된 저음향임피이던스실 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트헤드.
- 잉크젯트 오리피스의 배열과, 배열에 있는 교호의 오리피스에 잉크를 공급하도록 연결된 잉크젯트오리피스의 배열의 한측에 병렬관계로 배치되고 각각 상기 교호의 오리피스를 가로지르는 평면에 배치된 중심축을 갖는 압력실 수단의 제1배열과, 배열에 있는 다른 오리피스와 연통하고 각각 상기 다른 오리피스를 가로지르는 평면에 배치된 중심축을 갖는 압력실 수단의 제2배열로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 다수의 잉크젯트오리피스와, 오리피스로부터 잉크방울 사출을 시작하는 정의 압력펄스를 제공하도록 잉크젯트오리피스중 하나와 한 단부에서 각각 연통하는 다수의 대응하는 압력실 수단과, 압력실 수단으로부터 받은 부압력펄스를 정압력펄스로써 반향하도록 대응하는 압력실 수단의 대향단부와 연통하고 적응성 벽부를 구비하는 다수의 대응하는 저음향임피이더스실 수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.
- 제17항에 있어서, 압력실 수단에서 발생된 부압력펄스가 압력실 수단에서 발생된 계속하는 정압력펄스를 보강하기 위하여 정압력펄스로써 저음향임피이던스실 수단에 의해 반향되도록 압력실 수단과 저음향임피이던스실 수단이 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯트배열.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
