Claims (5)
- 베이스 프레임(11)과, 이 프레임상에 저어널 되어 회전 구동되는 관형 구동축(15)과, 상기 구동축의 일단부에 동축으로 설치되며 그에 의해 구동되도록 고정되고 원통형 주위 내면(14a)을 가지고 상기 주위 내면과 상기 축사이에 밀폐 구조를 형성하는 원통형 회전자(14)와, 상기 회전자 밀폐 구조내에서 상기 구동축 주위에 동심으로 그와 함께 회전하도록 고정되어 사이에 주위 원추면(20a)과 회전자의 주위 내면벽(14a)을 두고 있는 입구 및 출구 포오트(22, 23)를 갖는 환형 처리실(32)을 형성하는 회전체(20)와, 관형 구동축 내축에 동축으로 고정되며 입출구 포오트중 각각 하나의 연통하는 내축의 축방향 내부통로(28a) 및 외부와 구동축 내축과의 사이에 축방향 환형통로(24)를 제공하는 파이프(28)와, 상기 프레임상에서 하나에는 입구(27)가, 또 하나에는 출구(31)가 연결되어 설치된 상, 하부 헤더(25, 29)를 포함하며, 회전자로 부터 먼쪽의 구동축 단부가 상기 상부 헤더에 대해 내부로 연장되어 회전가능하게 되어 상기 환형통로가 상기 상부 헤더 내부와 연통되게 되어 있는 유분농도 측정에 있어서의 전처리용 원심분리기에 있어서, 하부 헤더(29)는 상기 상부 헤더(25)에 축방향으로 인접하여 정렬되어 있고, 구동축(15)내부의 파이프(28)의 대응단부는 상기 축(15)의 단부를 넘어 하부 헤더(29)내로 연장되고 그에 상대적으로 회전가능하게 되어 있어서, 상기 내부통로(28a)가 상기 하부 헤더(29) 내부와 연통하고, 구동축(15)은 수직이며, 분리할 액체 혼합물은 분리실(32)을 통해 상향 유동되고, 회전체 주위벽은 현수 고체 물질만이 회전자(14) 주위벽에서 유지되고 물/오일 혼합물이 분리실(32) 상방에서 유출하도록 하방으로 갈수록 직경이 증가되는 절두 원추형으로된 원추면(20a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유분농도 측정에 있어서의 전처리용 원심분리기.
- 제1항 있어서, 회전자(14)의 외부 원통형 벽의 내면(14a)에는 수직 리브(21)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상부 헤더(25)로 들어가는 구동축(15) 주위에는 기계적 밀봉체(26)가, 그리고 하부 헤더(29)로 들어가는 내부 파이프(28) 주위에는 다른 기계적 밀봉체(26)가 각각 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리기.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전체의 절두 원추형의 벽외 테이퍼 각이 2°내지 40°의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼 각이 약 10°인 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리기.
