Claims (14)
- 철 및 우라늄을 비롯한 불순물의 존재하에 카드뮴-수집제 음이온 계면 활성제와 주입 기체에 의한 부유 분리로써 습식공정 인산에 포함된 카드뮴을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 카드뮴 제거를 향상시키기 위해, 3가의 상태로 인산에 함유된 철을 2가의 상태로 환원시킨 후 카드뮴 수집제를 부유분리에 의해 정제되어질 매질에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3가 철은 전해 환원이나 철등을 포함하는 금속조각의 부가에 의해 2가 철로 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 또는 2항에 있어서, Fe(Ⅲ)의 환원이 산에서 얻어지는 [Fe2+]/[Fe3+]의 비율이 적어도 4가 될 때까지 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환원 온도는 20-100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수집제(collector agent)는 (RO)2PS2H의 식을 갖는 디티오인산에스테르 또는 그것의 알카리금속염의 그룹으로부터 선택되며 R은 CnH2n+1의식을 갖는 지방족 라디칼이고 여기서 n은 1-8의 수 또는 R이 방향족 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 디티오인산에스테르는 디에틸디티오포스페이트, 디이소부틸디티오포스페이트, 디이소아밀디티오포스페이트와 디-2-에틸헥실디티오포스페이트 또는 그것의 알카리금속염의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 디티오인산에스테르는 알카리금속 디페닐디티오포스페이트와 디크리실디티오포스페이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 수집제의 양은 카드뮴 그람원자당 적어도 2분자, 바람직하는 카드뮴그람원자당 3-10분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세틸메틸암모늄브롬마이드와 같은 기포제 역시 인산에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 설폰산과 올레산의 그룹에 속하는 기포방지제가 인산에 부가적으로 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산에 존재하는 우라늄 회수는 액체-액체 추출조작에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우라늄은 케로센에 용해된 옥틸피로인산의 용액에 의해 U(Ⅳ)형태로 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우라늄은 케로센에 용해된 트리옥틸포스핀 산화물과 디-2-에틸헥실 인산의 혼합물에 의해 Fe(Ⅲ)의 환원 처리가 수행되기 전에 U(Ⅵ)의 형태로 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카드뮴의 부유분리와 우라늄 추출후에 인산을 오염시키는 유기물질은 깁섬(gypsum)상에서 여과하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드뮴 제거방법.
