Claims (4)
- 가압 반응기내에 1-10기압의 탄산가스 분위기중에 염화칼슘 5-30%(중량) 및 당량 내지 약간 과량의 수산화암모늄을 함유하고 액성을 중성 내지 알카리성으로 조절한 액을 0-50℃의 온도에서 연속적으로 분무시키며, 반응시켜서 입자도 100nm-1000nm의 미세 탄산칼슘을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 가압 반응기내에 1-10기압의 탄산가스 분위기중에 염화칼슘 5-30%(중량) 및 당량 내지 약간 과량의 수산화암모늄을 함유하고 여기에 계면활성제 또는 무기염류를 촉매량 가하고 액성을 중성 내지 알카리성으로 조절한 액을 0-50℃의 온도에서 연속적으로 분무시키며, 반응시켜서 입자도 100nm-1000nm의 미세 탄산칼슘을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 비이온성 계면활성제, 음이온 계면활성제, 또는 양이온 계면활성제를 촉매량 첨가하여 반응시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무기염류로 소디움트리폴리포스페이트, ZnCl2, MgCl2또는 Al2(SO4)3를 촉매량 첨가하여 반응시키는 방법.
