Claims (16)
- 제1단계에서 중량 평균 분자량이 2000 내지 5000이며 평균 히드록실 OH그룹 작용기수가 2보다 크고 3미만인 폴리히드록실화 예비중합체(prepolymer)를 하나 이상의 유기 또는 무기 에너지 장진재, 및 상기 예비중합체중의 모든 히드록실 OH그룹을 완전히 중합시키는데 필요한 화학량론적양의 50 내지 90중량%에 해당하는 양의 디이소시아네이트와 혼합하고, 이소시아네이트 NCO그룹을 히드록실 OH그룹과 축합반응시켜 부분적으로 중합된 페이스트를 수득하며; 제2단계에서 상기 수득된 부분적으로 중합된 페이스트를 완전 중합 반응에 필요한 상기 언급된 화학량론적양에 도달하는데 필요한 디이소시아네이트의 잔여량과 혼합한 다음, 이렇게 수득된 페이스트상 혼합물을 압출시키고; 제3단계에서는, 제2단계중에 첨가된 이소시아네이트 NCO그룹과 여전히 잔존하는 히드록실 OH그룹과의 축합반응을 열경화에 의해 완결시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리히드록실화 예비중합체와 디이소시아네이트의 반응에 의해 수득된 폴리우레탄 결합제 및 적어도 한 종류의 무기 및 유기 에너지 장진재로 주로 이루어진 혼합 화공제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리히드록실화 예비중합체가 2.3에 가까운 평균 히드록실 OH그룹 작용기수를 갖는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리히드록실화 예비중합체가 4000에 가까운 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리히드록실화 예비중합체가 폴리히드록실화 폴리부타디엔인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 1-메틸-2,4-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 1-메틸-2,6-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 4,4'-디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 1,6-헥산 디이소시아네이트 및 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,6-헥산 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 에너지 장진재가 질산암모늄, 과염소산암모늄, 알칼리 금속 질산염, 알칼리 토금속 질산염, 알칼리 금속 과염소산염 및 알칼리 토금속 과염소산염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 에너지 장진재가 헥소젠, 옥토젠, 펜트라이트 및 트리아미노구아니딘 질산염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 결합제 중량에 대한 에너지 장진재 중량의 비율이 4에 가까운 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 첨가된 디이소시아네이트의 양이 화학량론적양의 70 내지 80중량%인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 이소시아네이트 그룹과 히드록실 그룹과의 축합반응을 50 내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제3단계에서 경화반응을 50 내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 수득되는 혼합 추진화약.
- 제12항에 있어서, 폴리히드록실화 예비중합체가 히드록실 OH그룹 작용기평균수가 2.3에 가까운 폴리히드록실화 폴리부타디엔이며, 에너지 장진재가 헥소젠의 추진화약.
- 제13항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트가 방향족 디이소시아네이트중에서 선택되는 추진화약.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 수득된 혼합 추진재.
- 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 수득된 혼합 폭발물.
