Claims (9)
- 주성분으로서, 프리마이신 0.2-5중량%, 프로필렌글리콜5-25중량%, 비이온성 표면활성제 0.5-5중량%과 바람직하다면 보조제 15중량%와 증류수를 가해서 100중량%로 만든 한정화된 수성 현탁유상액.
- 제1항에서, 라우릴, 세틸, 스테아릴 혹은 올레일 알콜로 형성된 폴리에칠글리콜의 에테르와 소르비탄지방산 에스테르 혹은 에톡시레이티드 스테아릴-알콜을 비이온성 표면활성제로 함유한 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 10㎛이하의 입자크기의 프리마이신을 함유한 조성물.
- 일반적으로 제약 혹은 제약-화장품 조성물에서 사요되는 충진, 희석 및/또는 다른 보조제를 0-20중량% 및 제1항에서의 프리마이신-함유 안정수성 현탁유상액을 주성분으로 50-100중량%로 함유하는 향균제 조성물.
- 일반적으로 제약 혹은 제약-화장품 조성물에서 사용되는 충진, 희석 및/또는 다른 형성 부속제를 0-20중량% 및 제1항에서의 프리마이신-함유 안정수성 현탁유상액을 주성분으로 50-99.8중량%로 함유하고 기지의 향균제를 0.2-5중량%로 함유하는 향균제 조성물.
- 제4항 혹은 제5항에서, 주성분으로서 프리마이신 0.2-4.5중량%, 프로필렌글리콜12.5-23중량%, 비이온성 표면활성제 0.8-2.3중량%, 기지의 향미생물제 0-2중량%, 10-20중량%의 포움(foam)형상체와 증류수를 가해서 100중량%로 만든 상처부위 치료를 위한 주성분의 조절된 매개로써의 균절한 포움(foam)제.
- 최종생성물로 환산한 프리마이신 0.2-5중량%, 프로필렌글리콜5-25중량%에 가온하에 용해 또는 현탁시킨후, 다음에 얻어진 용액 또는 현탁액을 비이온성 표면활성제 0.5-5중량%와 냉각하 또는 가온하에 혼합하고, 기타 보조제 0-15중량%를 가한후 다음에 필요량의 물을 가하여 100중량%로 하여, 활성성분으로 프리마이신을 함유하는 청구범위 제1,2 및 3의 안정한 수성현탁 유상액을 제조하는 방법.
- 주성분으로써, 프리마이신을 함유하는 안정한 수성 현탁 유상액을 일반적으로 사용되는 충진, 희석 및/또는 다른 보조제와 바람직하다면 다른 기지의 향미생물제를 가한 제약 및/혹은-화장품 조성으로 전환한 제4항 혹은 제5항의 향균 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에서, 겔, 연고, 포움(foam)에어로졸, 혹은 반창고나 또는 프라스터와 같은 다른 국소 사용가능한 약제 형태의 조성물로 제형화하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
