Claims (6)
- X-Y 테이블 장치위에 있는 공작물에다가 최소한 하나의 스루홀을 형성하기 위하여서, 상기 공작물의 위치의 제어가 상기 X-Y 테이블을 구동하는 쎄보모터에 의하여 행하여지고, 아래쪽 다이셋트와 펀칭 날이 있는 위쪽 다이셋트로 구성되고 상기 공작물을 펀칭하기 위한 펀칭 금형의 위치의 제어는 금형 구동 써보모터에 의하여 행하여지는 펀칭방법.
- 상기 위쪽 다이셋트의 위쪽 방향으로의 이동기간에 있어서 상기 펀치의 날이 상기 공작물로부터 빠져나온 후에 상기 위쪽 다이셋트를, X-Y 테이블이 작동하지 않고, 최소한 1회 아래쪽으로 내려왔다가 위로 올라가게 하므로서 상기 펀치가 펀칭된 스루홀을 통하여 최소한 2회 구동되는 특허 청구의 범위 제 1 항 기재의 펀칭방법.
- 상기의 위쪽 다이셋트가 그의 행정의 아래쪽 끝과 위쪽 끝에 도달하기 전에 상기 위쪽 다이셋트를 올라가게 하거나 혹은 내려오게끔 상기 써보모터를 즉시 정지시키고 또 역회전을 할 수 있게한 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항 기재의 펀칭방법.
- 상기의 위쪽 다이셋트가 그의 행정의 아래쪽끝과 위쪽끝에 도달하기 전에 상기 위쪽 다이셋트를 올라가게 하거나 혹은 내려오게끔 상기 써보모터를 즉시 정지시키고 또 역회전을 할 수 있게 한 특허청구의 범위 제 2 항 기재의 펀칭방법.
- 공작물을 운반해서 이동시키기 위한 X-Y 테이블 장치와, 상기 공작물을 소정의 위치에 셋트하게끔 상기 X-Y 테이블 장치를 구동하기 위한 테이블 구동 써보모터 수단과, 그리고 아래쪽 다이셋트와 위쪽 다이셋트로 구성되고 펀칭에 의하여 스루홀을 형성하기 위한 금형 수단과, 상기 금형 수단을 구동하기 위한 금형 구동 써보모터 수단, 그리고 또 상기 써보모터 수단들을 제어하기 위한 제어수단에 의하여 구성되고 상기 공작물에다가 최소한 1개 이상의 스루홀을 형성하기 위한 펀칭장치.
- 상기 X-Y 테이블 장치는 상기 금형수단의 아래쪽에 배치되어 있고, 상기 공작물은 상기 위쪽 다이셋트와 상기 아래쪽 다이셋트와의 사이에서 이동이 가능하게되어 있는 특허청구의 범위 제 5 항 기재의 펀칭장치.
