제1도는 플라스틱 박판이 오목 형상으로 된 다이를 통해서 압출되어 냉각장치에 들어가게 되는 플라스틱 박판을 제조하기 위한 압출방법의 측면도를 도시한다,
제2도는 압출 또는 열처리 방법에 의해서 제조된 플라스틱 박판의 사시도 인데 블록 측면으로부터의 관찰자는 광학적 착각을 경험할 수 있다,
제3도는 본 발명의 방법에 의해서 한 리일의 평면 플라스틱 필름으로부터 플라스틱 박판을 제작하기 위한 장치의 측면도.
Claims (9)
- 평면 중합체 플라스틱 필름 한 리일을 한쌍 이상의 회전 가능한 입구 유도 로울러를 포함하는 로울러 시스템 내에 공급하고, 한쌍 이상의 회전 가능한 라인 마아커 로울러를 통해서 그 중합체 플라스틱 필름을 유도하여 중심선을 따라서 높은 국부응력 농도를 산출하며, 그 필름을 한쌍 이상의 원뿔형 로울러를 통과시켜서 필름에 구부림을 산출하고 필름을 한쌍의 닛핑 로울러를 통과시켜 상기 구부림을 대략 180°의 접음으로 변환되도록 해서 능선 부분내에 인장과 압축을 산출하며 한쌍의 부드럽고 회전 가능한 바퀴를 통해서 필름을 인발하여 반반하게 고르는 단계들을 포함하는, 베니스식 발에 사용하기 위하여 딱딱한 중합체 플라스틱 박판을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름을 한쌍 이상의 원뿔형 로울러를 통과시키는 단계가 필름내에 능선을 일으키기 위하여 한쌍 이상의 원뿔형 로울러를 통해서 필름을 통과시키는 단계에 의해서 성취 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 필름을 한쌍의 회전 가능한 라인 마아커 로울러를 통해서 유도하는 단계가 오목만곡을 갖는 사진처리된 평면 중합체 필름을 한쌍의 회전 가능한 라인 마아커 로울러를 지나서 통과시키는 단계를 포함하고, 그 만곡은 선형박판이 산출될 수 있도록 형성된 박판의 능선을 따라서 가해지는 압축과 인장을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 필름을 한쌍이상의 원뿔형 로울러를 통과시키는 단계가 최소한 100°각도를 갖는 구부림을 산출하기 위하여 한쌍 이상의 원뿔형 로울러를 통해서 필름을 통과시키는 단계에 의해서 성취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름을 한쌍의 닛핑 로울러를 통과시키는 단계가 그 필름내에 120°내지180°사이의 접음을 산출하기 위하여 한쌍의 닛핑 로울러를 통해서 필름을 통과시키는 단계에 의해서 성취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 필름을 반반하게 고르는 단계가 고무, 종이 또는 펠트로 구성되는 한쌍의 회전 가능한 바퀴를 통해서 필름을 인발하여 성취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평면 중합체 플라스틱 필름 한 리일을 공급하는 단계가 폴리에스테르 필름, 폴리카아보네이트 필름, 염화폴리비닐, 및 다른 가용성 플라스틱 필름으로 구성되는 집단으로 부터 선정된 평면 중합체 플라스틱 한 리일을 공급함으로서 성취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 평면 중합체 플라스틱 필름 한 리일을 공급하는 단계가 약 0.005인치 내지 0.030인치의 두께를 갖는 평면 중합체 플라스틱 필름 한 리일을 공급하는 성취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 평면 중합체 플라스틱 필름 한 리일을 공급하는 단계가 투명한 평면 중합체 플라스틱 필름 한 리일을 공급하는 단계로 성취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
