Claims (8)
- 주조공정시, 마그네슘 처리한 주철융체를 생산함에 있어서, 인덕터 스파우트, 다운게이트, 그리고 출탕로 등에 융착물이 형성되는 것을 방지하는 방법은, 0.005%의잔류 황함량을 갖는 높은 탈황도를 주는 주철융체의 마그네슘 처리를 위해, 소정량의 순수 마그네슘을 사용하는 단계, 탈황에 소요되는 순수 마그네슘량 이상으로 순수 마그네슘을 부가하는 단계, 그리고 주철 융체에서 부유된 높은 염기성 반응 생성물의 세정을 위해 부가적으로 부여된 마그네슘을 이용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동일한 용기에서 마그네슘 처리와 세정 및 세척이 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공급 비축된 순수 마그네슘으로써, 마그네슘 처리와 세정 및 세척이 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 잔류 마그네슘 함량이 0.025~0.080중량%인 구상 흑연(Spheroidal 또는 nodular) 주철을 제조하는 단계가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 잔류 마그네슘 함량이 0.010~0.060중량%인 버미큘라 흑연 주철을 제조하기 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연속 주조공정을 실시하는 단계가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전로에서 실시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전로에 연결되는 채널 압력로를 갖춘 전로에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 용착물의 형성을 방지하는 방법.
