Description
Claims (19)
- 200내지 800℃의 온도에서 알루미나를 하나 이상의 알칼리토금속의 화합물로 처리한 다음 200내지 800℃의 온도에서 불활성 기체하에서 알칼리금속 및 알칼리금속 수소화물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물로 처리하여 수득할수 있는 고체 염기의 존재하에서, 측쇄내의 알파탄소에 하나 이상의 수수원자를 가지는 알킬 방향족 탄화수소를 올레핀으로 알킬화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 알킬-치환된 방향족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체염기는 알루미나를 하나 이상의 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물로 처리한후 알칼리금속으로 처리하여 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 염기는 알루미나를 하나 이상의 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물로 처리한후 알칼리금속수소화물로 처리하여 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 염기는 알루미나를 하나 이상의 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물로 처리한 음 200내지 450℃의 온도에서 알칼리금속 및 알칼리금속 수소화물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물로 처리하여 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물은 알칼리토금속의 산화물, 수산화물, 알콕시드 및 아세테이트로 구성된 군으로 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물은 알칼리 토금속의 산화물 및 수산화물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체염기는 250내지 600℃의 온도에서 알루미나를 하나 이상의 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물로 처리 하여 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물의 양은 알루미나의 중량을 기준으로 5내지 40중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 및 알칼리금속 수소화물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 상기 화합물의 양은 알루미나의 중량을 기준으로 2내지 15중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 알칼리토금속의 화합물은 산화 마그네슘, 수산화마그네슘, 수산화칼슘, 수산화바륨 및 마그네슘 아세테이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속은 나트륨 및 칼륨으로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 알칼리금속이 칼륨인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알리금속 수소화물은 수소화나트륨 및 수소화칼륨으로 구성된 군으로 부터 하나 이상 선택되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 수호화물이 수소화칼륨인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축쇄내의 알파 탄소에 수소원자를 가지는 알킬 방향족 탄화수소는 그 측쇄에 1내지 10탄소원자를 가지는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 알킬 방향족 탄화수소는 톨루엔 및 이소프로필벤젠으로 구성된 군에서 하나 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀은 2내지 20탄소원자를 가지는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 올레핀은 에틸렌 및 프로필렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알킬화 반응온도는 20내지 200℃인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
