Claims (13)

  1. 질소를 탄산액체내에 용해시키는 단계;용해된 질소 및 용해된 이산화탄소를 함유한 액체를 적어도 10분동안 질소압하에 유지시키는 단계(이 기간은 질소가 용해되는 동안 형성된 포움이 침전되기에 충분한 기간이다);및 액체를 용기내에 도입시킨 후 용기의 가스가 새어나가지 않게 밀폐시키는 단계(용기내에 도입된 액체중에 용해된 질소의 농도는 용기를 밀폐시킨 후 용해된 가스가 각각의 용기중의 용액에서 빠져나와 정상적인 취급시 용기의 벽의 변형에 저항하는 과압의 내부 압력을 용기내에 발생시킬 수 있도록 하는 농도이다)를 포함하는, 유연한 벽을 갖는 용기에 탄산액체를 채우는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용기에 도입된 액체중에 용해된 이산화탄소의 농도가 1.3 내지 1.8 부피/부피의 범위내에 있는 방법.
  3. 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, 액체중에 이산화탄소를 용해시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 액체중에 용해된 질소를 이산화탄소와의 가스 혼합물로 액체에 도입시키는 방법
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물중의 이산화탄소의 분압이 1내지 2절대압의 범위내에 있고, 상기 혼합물중의 질소의 분압이 3 내지 6.5절대압의 범위내에 있는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질소의 거품을 액체의 난류중에 용해시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질소의 일부를 액체가 통과하는 냉각기에서 용해시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 맥주인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 액체를 30분 내지 4시간동안 유지시키는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체를 용기에 도입시키는 단계가 액체를 보유 용기(holding vessel)에서 충진기(filler)로 절단하는 단계를 포함하고, 충진기의 헤드 공간의 압력이, 포움이 침전되도록 액체를 유지시킨 압력과 적어도 같은 압력인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 질소가 충진기의 헤드 공간을 통과하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충진시 질소가 용기 각각의 입구를 가로질러 통과하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법에 의해 채워진 용기.
