Claims (2)

  1. 화상정보를 부호화하는 방식에 있어서, 하나의 화상을 미소블럭단위로 분할하는 화상분할 과정과, 상기 화상분할 과정에서 분할된 각블럭 화상을 헤더정보와 영상정보를 갖는 블럭 코드로 압축코딩하는 데이터압축과정과 상기 데이터 압축 과정에서 압축코딩된 블럭코드중의 헤더정보와 영상 정보를 서로 겹쳐지지 않도록 분산 배열하는 데이터분산과정과, 상기 데이터 분산 과정에서 분산배열된 화상정보에 부가정보를 부가하는 부가정보 삽입과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 오류정정 부호화방식.
  2. 화상정보를 디지탈 신호형태로 전송 또는 축적하기 위한 영상처리 장치에 있어서, 하나의 화면에 대해 디지탈화상시호를 인입하여 미소블럭으로 분할한 뒤 분할된 블럭별로 디지탈화상신호를 출력하는 화상분할부(60)와, 상기 화상분할부(60)로부터 인입되는 디지탈 화상신호를 헤더정보와 영상정보로 이루어지는 블럭코드로 압축코딩하는 데이터압축부(61)와, 상기 데이터압축부(61)로부터 유입되는 블럭코드들을 수직방향으로 배열한 다음 부가정보를 부가하는 부가정보 삽입부(62)와, 상기 데이터압축부(61)와 상기 부가정보 삽입부(62)사이에 접속되어 상기 데이터압축부(61)로 인입되는 블럭코드들의 헤드 및 영상정보의 배치를 인접하는 블럭코드의 헤드 및 영상정보의 배치상태와 엇갈리게 배열하여 상기 부가정보 삽입부(62)로 전송하는 데이터 인터리브수단(63)을 포함하는 오류정정 부호화장치.
