Claims (8)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 옥사졸리디논 및 그의 염.상기식에서, R1은 페닐라디칼 또는 1내지 4의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 단헥- 또는 이헥테로 아릴라디칼이고, 이들은 각각 비치환되거나 또는 A, 각기 1내지 4의 탄소원자를 지니는 알콕시, 알킬티오, 알킬술핀일 및/또는 알킬술폰일, 각기 1내지 6의 탄소원자를 지니는 알칸오일, 알칸오일 옥시 및/또는 알칸오일아미노, F, Cl, Br, CN, OH, NH2, NHA, NA2, CF3및/또는 OCF3로 단일- 또는 이치환되고, R2는 H, CN, OH, NH2, NHA, NA2, NHCONH2, NHCONHA, NHCONA2, 각기 1내지 6의 탄소원자를 지니는 알칸오일, 알칸오일옥시 또는 알칸오일 아미노이고, R3및 R4는 각각 H, A이거나 또는 함께 4내지 6의 탄소원자를 지니는 알킬렌이고, A는 1내지 4의 탄소원자를 지니는 알킬이고, Z은 O, CH2또는 O-CH2이고, n은 1, 2 또는 3이다.
- a)5-[4-히드록시-4-(3,4-메틸렌옥시페닐)피페리디노메틸]-3-p-메톡시페닐옥사졸리딘-2-온 및 이의 염; b)s-(-)-5-[4-히드록시-4-(3,4-메틸렌옥시페닐)피페리디노메틸]-3-p-메톡시페닐옥사졸리딘-온 및 이의 염; c)5-[2-(4-히드록시-4-(3,4-메틸렌옥시페닐)피페리디노)에틸]-3-p-메톡시페닐옥사졸리딘-2-온 및 이의 염; d)s-(-)-3-p-플루오로페닐-5-[4-히드록시-4-(3,4-메틸렌디옥시페닐)피페리디노메틸]-옥사졸리딘-2-온 및 이의 염; e)3-p-메톡시페닐-5-[4-N'-메틸-우레이도-4-(3,4-메틸렌-디옥시페닐)-피페리디노-메틸]-옥사졸리딘-2-온; f)3-p-메톡시페닐-5-[4-아세트아미도-4-(3,4-메틸렌-디옥시페닐)-피페리디노-메틸]-옥사졸리딘-2-온;
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 옥사졸리디논 및 이의 염을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키고/시키거나, 일반식(Ⅰ)에 상응하되, 하나 이상의 수소원자 대신에 하나 이상의 환원성 그룹 및/또는 하나 이상의 부가적 C-C 및/또는 C-N 결합을 함유하는 화합물은 환원성 시약으로 처리하거나 또는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 카본산의 반응성 유도체와 반응시키고/시키거나, 필요시 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에서 0-알킬그룹을 분해하여 OH 그룹을 얻고/얻거나 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 환원에 의해 일반식(Ⅰ)의 다른 화합물로 전환하고/하거나, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염기를 산으로 처리하여 이의 염중 하나로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기식에서, Ox는 라디칼이고, X1은 X 또는 NH2이고, X는 Cl, Br, I, OH 또는 작용적으로 변형된 반응성 OH그룹이고, X2및 X3는 같거나 다르고, X1이 NH2이면, 각기 X이고, 그렇지 안으면 이들은 함께 NH이고, R1, R2, R3, R4, Z 및 n은 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및/또는 이의 생리학적으로 안전한 염을 적어도 하나의 고체, 액체 또는 반액체 담체 또는 보조제와 함께 적합한 투여 형태로 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 약학적 제제의 제조방법.
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 적어도 하나 및/또는 이의 생리학적으로 안전한 염 중 하나를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약학적 제제.
- 질병 퇴치를 위한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및/또는 이의 생리학적으로 안전한 염.
- 질병 퇴치를 위한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및/또는 이의 생리학적으로 안전한 염의 용도.
- 약물의 제조를 위한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및/또는 이의 생리학적으로 안전한 염의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
