Claims (1)
- 유리 단렌즈(30α) 및 플라스틱 단렌즈(30β)로 형성되는 복합렌즈(30)와, 이 복합렌즈(30)의 후방에 대향하여 설치된 광검출기(8)를 가지며, 상기 유리 단렌즈(30α)는 동일한 촛점거리를 가지고, 상기 플라스틱 단렌즈(30β)는 상기 복합렌즈(30)에 대한 입사광의 광축(o)를 포함하는 계평면내(T)에서 2분된 한쌍의 렌즈영역(30a', 30b')으로 형성되며, 이 한쌍의 렌즈영역(30a', 30b')는 서로 다른 후측 촛점거리(f1, f2')를 가지면서, 상기한 한쌍의 렌즈영역(30a', 30b')의 각 광축은 이간되어져, 상기 복합렌즈(30)에 대한 입사광이 포카스 상태로 있을때의 상기 한쌍의 렌즈영역(30a', 30b')으로부터의 각 출사광이 각 집속점의 상기 입사광의 광축상에 있어서 중간위치에 그 광검출면이 위치되도록 상기 광검출기(8)를 설치함과 동시에, 상기 광검출기(8)는 상기한 한쌍의 렌즈영역(30a', 30b')중 제1의 렌즈영역(30')의 상기 계평면(T)에 대한 외측 및 내측을 각각 통과하는 각 출사광을 수광하는 제1 및 제2의 광검출 소자(8C, 8D)와, 상기 한 한쌍의 렌즈영역중 제2의 렌즈영역(30b')의 상기 계평면(T)에 대한 외측 및 내측을 통과하는 각 출사광을 수광하는 제3 및 제4의 광검출 소자(8A, 8B)가 구성되어, 상기 제1 및 제4의 광검출 소자(8C, 8B)로부터의 제1 및 제4의 광검출 신호(SC, SB)의 합계(SC+SB)와, 상기 제2 및 제3의 광검출 소자(8D, 8A)로부터의 제2 및 제3의 광검출 신호(SD, SA)의 합계(SD+SA)와의 차로부터 포카스 오차 신호를 얻도록 한 포카스 오차 검출장치.
