Claims (10)
- 아세트산을 함유하는 반응 매질내에서 파라크실렌을 산화시켜 반응 매질내에 테레프탈산의 슬러리를 만들고; 이 슬러리를 이동가능한 필터밴드에 침척시키고; 제1구역에서 필터 밴드를 통해 슬러리로부터 반응 매질을 제거하여 젖은 상태의 첫번째 침적물을 만들고; 필터 밴드위에 침적물을 제2구역으로 이동시켜 제1수성 매질로 세척하고; 젖어있는 첫번째 침적물 내에 존재하는 반응 매질 및 제1수성 매질을 상기 밴드를 통해 제거하여 젖은 상태의 두번째 침적물을 만드고; 젖어있는 두번째 침적물을 제3구역으로 이동시키고; 제3구역에서 필터 밴드에서 부터 젖어있는 두번째 침적물을 제거하고; 제3구역에서 젖어있는 두 번째 침적물을 제거하는 중이나 또는 이과정을 행한후 곧바로 젖어있는 두 번째 침적물을 제2수성 매질과 혼합하여 제2수성 매질내에 테레프탈산의 슬러리를 만들고; 제2수성 매질로부터 테레프탈산을 회수하고; 제1구역에서 필터 밴드를 통해 제거한 반응 매질을 회수하여 이중 최소 일부의 반응 매질을 산화 단계에 직접 또는 간접적으로 재순환시키는 것으로 구성된, 테레프탈산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 구역에서 필터 밴드를 통해 제거된 제1수성 매질 및 반응 매질의 최소 일부를 임의적으로 제1구역에서부터 회수한 반응 매질을 최소 일부와 함께 산화단계로 되돌려보내고 및/또는 증류시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2구역이 연속식 단계로 이루어지는데, 최종 단계 이외의 각 단계에서 고체와 밴드를 통해 유입된 수성 매질이 연속한 단계에서 고체와 밴드를 통과한 수성 매질인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬러릭 침적된 이동가능한 밴드면의 압력이 슬러리가 침적되지않은 밴드면의 압력보다 높은 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 밴드 면의 압력보가 0.1-15바인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아세트산중의 테레프탈산의 슬러리가 최소한60℃의 온도에서 이동가능한 밴드에 침적된 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이동가능한 밴드가 테레프탈산으로 이루어진 물질을 제1구역에서부터 제2구역을 통해 제3구역으로 연속적으로 또는 간헐적으로 이동시키는 연속식 밴드인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2수성 매질이 거의 순수한 물인 방법.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테레프탈산을 제2수성 매질내에 용해시켜 테레프탈산을 포함하는 용액을 만들고, 이 용액을 환원 조건하에서 최소한 약간의 불순물을 환원시키기위한 불균질 촉매 및 수소와 접촉시킨 다음에 냉각시켜 정제된 테레프탈산 고체 생성물을 침전시킨뒤 용액에서 회수하여 제2수성 매질중의 테레프탈산 슬러리를 정제시킨후 테레프탈산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 용액을 냉각시키고 및/또는 증발시켜 덜 순수한 침전물 및 모액을 얻고, 침전물을 모액으로부터 분리해낸뒤 이 모액을 집접 또는 간접적으로 증류 컬럼에 보내고 및/또는 제2 수성 매질중의 크루드한 테레프탈산 재슬러리로 보내고 임의적으로 덜 순수한 침전물을 산화단계에 재순환시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
