Claims (3)
- 크랭크 운동에 의하여 선형 왕복 운동하는 필그림 압연기 특히 필그림 냉간 압연기의 롤러 지지체의 전동장치의 회전 모멘트 보상 방법에 있어서, 상기한 전동 모터에 동력학적 측정값, 운동량, 및 회부부하로부터 계산되어진 표준 회전수값으로서 크랭크의 회전수 값이 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 모멘트 보상방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크랭크운동의 환산 질량 관성 모멘트, 크랭크 운동의 위치에너지, 크랭크에서의 환산 회전모멘트로부터 환산된 부하를 크랭크 각의 함수로 하여 고속 계산기에서 표준 회전수값을 계산하고, 특정 위치에서의 크랭크 각속도로부터 잉여의 크랭크 각에 대한 각속도를 산출하여 그때마다의 각각의 회전수 표준 간이 형성을 위한 결과를 가공하고 모터에 전동위치 정렬을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 모멘트 보상방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크랭크 각의 출발점에서 크랭크 각속도의 시착값은 반복적으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 모멘트 보상방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
